Amora Beach Resort Phuket Reviews

We had an amazing stay here, newly renovated room, clean and of course amazing service from the staff.. the downside is only the main lobby.. its quite hot and uncomfortable.. maybe you guys can provide a big size of fan or portable aircond at the lobby area for the guest. Overall i'm satisfied ! Thanks Amora's team !!

The beach is an amazing area. The service is not the best. The staff can be friendlier.the rooms are clean but not super new.towels are old and not new and fresh. Breakfast is good but so busy

The hotel room is spacious - superior garden view got 2 queensize bed per room. Not very fancy as it was upgraded from old design, but comfortable stay. Laundry drying rack is also handy, our wet clothes dries quickly with the rack under the sun. Kids club, kids pool are quite nice. Food at Isla restaurant is very tasty, though need to wait quite a bit. Here comes the downside- bought the All-inclusive package, but was informed part of the days are not covered, had to call trip.com to coordinate and clarify. In subsequent days, we were asked several times to make payment for our meals, and were given different menus to order. Looks like the hotel is not very mature in providing all-inclusive services as compared to other operators, the communications among staff kinda screwed up… i had to keep showing purchase voucher to explain to different staff. Overall, it was a great stay, my family enjoyed very much.

I enjoyed my stay in this new resort.The room size is just right, breakfast buffet is sufficient, the llteo clean swimming pools give you such a relaxing time, never too busy.The beach club Nora chimes in some chill out music vibes whilst you rest on a very clean and quiet beach. Fantastic front desk approach ,friendly attitude and I got 2 complimentary cocktails, so this resort really met my expectations! The only drawback I could see is the lack of plug ins next to the bed and a bit of s struggle to lock the balcony window.

I reserved for Amora pool side room. The hotel is new , clean and modern. The room is big and clean. The bathroom and bathtub are great. Breakfast had a lot of choices.

Overall: Great location and quality hotel but with one significant drawback. Great: The design and location makes it easy to access dining areas, pools and beach from anywhere in the hotel. The two pools they have were good with a nice little water park. This hotel seems to cater more to adults than families so it is nice they include this. Rooms and amenities are good quality. Food quality in Isla for dining and breakfast is quite good. Good: The kids club is small but always have two personnel there to play with kids. They were good about taking care of kids while parents were somewhere else even though this is not a good thing to do IMHO. Breakfast buffet is good with a decent selection. Missing a few standards in Thailand such as stewed/cooked tomatoes or some sort of cake. Cleaning staff is okay and misses few spots. Bugs in the room are infrequent. Bad: There are significant noise issues as the room do not drown out sources very well. Doors opening and closing easily heard througout the night. The music from the Nora beach club was easy to hear when bass heavy.

Hotel clean, nice , good location, foods are great. Very impressed. Prices are reasonable with facilities and service. Bed are comfy and staff very friendly

The resort is new and the rooms are very spacious. Staff were friendly and accommodating. There are several pools and it doesn't feel crowded. The breakfast was decent too. Highly recommended.

Overall, the experience was positive, however, there were moments when it felt a bit crowded. The hotel itself is beautiful and well-equipped with excellent facilities, including a gym and swimming pool.
