Amora Beach Resort Phuket Reviews

The hotel was a very good selection with good amenities and friendly staff. The location was excellent with good access to basic necessities. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Merhaba ilk gün giriş resepsiyon dan hiç memnun kalmadım. Sanırım ülke pasaportunu bakarak müamel görüyorsun.Birşey ricaettim bana yaklaşımı iyi değildi.5 gece kaldım lobiden geçerken hiç kimse selam vermedim.Diğer kahvaltı ve deniz kenarında hepsi sıcak kanlıydı. Otel lobisi ilk verdiği izlenim hayel kırıklığı .Sadece ricaettiğim ayağımda ameliyat lı olduğum için denize yakın veya havuza yakın bir oda ricaetmiştim.Bana cevap direk sizin oda fiyatınız bu ondan veremeyiz.Ben daha farkı vereyim demeden kesip attı.Zaten uçağımız rötar yapmıştı gece 22:00 de vardık.Böyle sert bir cevap yakışmadı.Otelinizde çalışanlar sanırım ülke pasaportu bakarak muamele yapıyorlar.Çünkü karşılaştım ve dinledim .

Really convenient with good amenities and good food. Easy access to the beach. FYI the pool rooms have easy access to the pool but don’t go directly into the pool, the pictures are a little misleading so be warned.

A beautiful hotel with rooms now fully renovated. Beach is steps away from the room and so is the Nora Beach Club. An excellent choice and would love to come back again.

Love the private beach, the buildings & landscape design and the activities organized by the resort (such as yoga classes). Porto de Phuket is in the vicinith with many restaurants and bars

Very good service and location

Very new resort! Big pool, pool with slides for kids, beach front sunbeds, beach club! The breakfast is nice. The room was clean & new, not very spacious but good enough for use. The only thing is there are still construction work, that some facilities may not be in use.

We had an amazing stay here, newly renovated room, clean and of course amazing service from the staff.. the downside is only the main lobby.. its quite hot and uncomfortable.. maybe you guys can provide a big size of fan or portable aircond at the lobby area for the guest. Overall i'm satisfied ! Thanks Amora's team !!

The beach is an amazing area. The service is not the best. The staff can be friendlier.the rooms are clean but not super new.towels are old and not new and fresh. Breakfast is good but so busy

Everything was very good. Quite calm and comfortable please, very polite staff. Especially thank you to Ms. Tuang, the duty manager for her professional help.

Front desk staff need be more friendly, twice I asked for water, they said : SORRY HALL OF FRONT DESK is very very hot, stupid administration, fix air condition

The hotel room is spacious - superior garden view got 2 queensize bed per room. Not very fancy as it was upgraded from old design, but comfortable stay. Laundry drying rack is also handy, our wet clothes dries quickly with the rack under the sun. Kids club, kids pool are quite nice. Food at Isla restaurant is very tasty, though need to wait quite a bit. Here comes the downside- bought the All-inclusive package, but was informed part of the days are not covered, had to call trip.com to coordinate and clarify. In subsequent days, we were asked several times to make payment for our meals, and were given different menus to order. Looks like the hotel is not very mature in providing all-inclusive services as compared to other operators, the communications among staff kinda screwed up… i had to keep showing purchase voucher to explain to different staff. Overall, it was a great stay, my family enjoyed very much.
