A great little place near the local fish market, surrounded by good coffee shops.

We enjoyed our stay here. We got everything we need and the staffs are helpful.

Decent location and decent amenities. Comfortable bed and nice towels. Room includes kettle and tea. Lobby has some amenities for the bath. Unfortunately day two was the major 7.6 earthquake and when I return to the hotel the elevators were not working. I relocated from the ninth floor to the second for the night. Hotel tried to accommodate others during the chaos. Of note the day after the earthquake they wanted to triple my room rate, when I protested, then decided they would not . All in all a pleasant stay except for one older lady at the reception desk who was stern and rude.

It's close to Omicho Market and buses come and go quickly, so it's the best. The one-day pass means that no matter where you go, you can easily return to the hotel to put your luggage away. You can also buy it at the front desk, so if you want to visit various places, you must buy it! I stayed for 3 days and 2 nights, and since I'm the type who likes to spread my luggage out, I was happy that I could choose not to have cleaning done! It was convenient that I could replenish any amenities I needed, and I could just put the trash out in the hallway in the morning! There were also multiple types of pillows to choose from, free coffee, and plenty of amenities. You can even sprinkle gold powder on your coffee. The staff were all very kind, so I highly recommend it!

It was very close to Omicho Market, which was great. The capsule coffee machine in the room and the Kutani ware mugs were stylish and delicious. The Kutani ware incense was also wonderful.

It was great that we could walk to Kanazawa Station, Nishichaya District, and anywhere else. It was very convenient to be able to walk back to the hotel while waiting for the bus.

I used this service with my father and mother on a family trip. I called to use the parking lot, and I was glad that they answered politely. When I arrived at the lobby, they asked me if the parking lot was okay, which made me happy! The price was also reasonable, so I recommend it😊

The room was cleaned very well when I checked in. I guess no one cleaned it afterwards. Water and towels were hung at the door every day. It is located on the side of the black gate road opposite the Omi Market. It is convenient for transportation, sightseeing and food. The lobby is very bourgeois. Coffee and tea are available by yourself.

The facility was adequate for a single person staying overnight without meals. The amenities were also plentiful and I was satisfied.

It was great that the Omicho Market was nearby. I forgot my room number, but the front desk was very helpful. I would like to use this hotel again.

It's also conveniently located for public transport, so you can easily get to anywhere, and is recommended for people who want to enjoy sightseeing in various ways. The room was quiet, and even though it was on a main road, we weren't bothered by noise at all.

The nearby car park is convenient and open 24 hours a day.

Stayed here for three nights. The location is very good, within walking distance to the station and Omi Town. However, there was a very pungent smell of Southeast Asian spices or curry in the room. It was really overpowering. After asking the front desk to change rooms, it only weakened, but it was still there. I asked the front desk if they had picked up an Indian group, and they said no. The room is not big, but it is normal in Japan. The attitude of hotel staff is quite good
