Value for money. Twin room size good compare to some others 4 stars hotel. Location good.

I booked this hotel for this location. The twin room is quite large. It can unfold the big suitcases of two people. It is a relatively large room in Tokyo at this price.

It was not too far from Ikebukuro station, and breakfast was included, making it a very reasonable stay and providing good service.

The hygiene is not very strict, maybe because it is old, some irreversible uncleanliness! The hotel staff is friendly, the breakfast bar is quite good, the breakfast is in the form of set meals, simple and hygienic.

I was told that Japanese hotels were small, but it was surprisingly spacious and the bathroom was clean and the size was just right!! I really hate dirty places, but it was clean and had a road view, so it was nice. The downside was that it was dry.

It's a certain distance from the subway, about a thirteen-minute walk. The interior of the hotel is very old, it feels like it was at least twenty or thirty years ago. The lighting is poor and it's depressing to stay there during the day. The stairs outside the window provide poor privacy, and the service from the Chinese-speaking waiter is mediocre. The room we stayed in had a bit of a peculiar smell, probably because the previous tenants smoked.

It's a very old house. The location is very good. It's within 10 minutes' walk from Ikebukuro Central Exit. There are four or five convenience stores and supermarkets around. There is a huge liquor supermarket downstairs. I like it very much.

The location of the hotel is not difficult to find. The 3-person room I booked can barely accommodate a third bed. The price reflects this. It is not easy to find a suitable room with 3 beds that has convenient transportation and is cheap. !

The room is OK and the size is acceptable. It's about 10 minutes' walk from the subway station, which is completely acceptable. The hotel staff are also very enthusiastic.
