"Very satisfied! The location is convenient, right in the city center, just three bus stops from Kanazawa Station. There's a hot spring on the top floor where you can relax every evening. Downstairs, there's a FamilyMart and a 7-Eleven. The biggest surprise was the breakfast, with two options to choose from. You can either go to the nearby Omicho Market or have breakfast on the first floor of the hotel. Since I only stayed for two days, I chose one option each day. At the seafood market, you can pick between two restaurants: one serving seafood bowls and the other offering blackthroat seaperch kamameshi. I chose the latter, and it was absolutely delicious. On the second day, I had breakfast on the first floor of the hotel, where there was a wide variety of choices, and I could assemble my own beautiful breakfast set using different containers!"
"Enjoyed our stay at hotel. Location is 10mins walk from main train station. Room is clean but small as expected. Hotel has 2 blocks and we stayed in main block. Onsen is located on 2nd FL at adjacent block which is not so convenient. Need to bring own towels to onsen. You can take the sachet facial wash, facial cream for free which is of good quality."
"This hotel boasts an excellent location, right in front and to the left of Kanazawa Station's East Exit. The hotel name is also clearly visible, making it very convenient for transportation. The design is sleek and modern, and the rooms are comfortable and just the right size. The only minor inconvenience was adjusting the water temperature for the shower, as you have to manually mix hot and cold water to get your desired temperature."
"This hotel was truly the most delightful surprise of our trip! Not only is the location excellent and the service great, but the rooms are also well-equipped with all the amenities. They clean the rooms daily, offering very standard international service."
"This hotel is a favorite among foreign visitors, and for good reason. It's located right across from the seafood market, with direct access via an underpass from the hotel entrance. Plus, there's a JR bus stop right next to the market entrance, making it super convenient to get to all the tourist spots. So, the location is truly excellent. The hotel's free coffee is delicious; I had two cups every day. On the second floor, there are free drinks and a complimentary alcoholic beverage, though I didn't get a chance to try those. The room layout is quite unique, with a corner sofa and a three-part bathroom that's incredibly functional and prevents any usage conflicts, maximizing efficiency. They also have an electronic foot massager, which is a real highlight for travelers. I'm so glad I booked for two days. Soaking in the spacious bathtub and then getting a foot massage really helped relieve some of my fatigue, leading to a great night's sleep. I'll definitely be staying here for two days again next time I visit Kanazawa."
"The hotel boasts an excellent location near Kanazawa Station. It's incredibly convenient to reach all major attractions by taking a bus from Kanazawa East Exit. The hotel's interior has a bit of a European, Western-style feel. The breakfast is a Japanese-Western buffet with a good variety. The only minor disappointment was the housekeeping service. On the second day of my stay, when I returned to the hotel in the evening, I found that only the large bath towels had been replaced; the hand towels and smaller towels weren't replenished. Also, the desk drawer in my room was left open. I can't help but wonder if a prejudiced cleaner saw some packaging with simplified Chinese characters in the trash can. I hope I'm overthinking it, but these incidents don't look like mere oversight; they seem intentional. Fortunately, after I called the front desk, they promptly sent someone to replenish the items. Other than that, this hotel remains an excellent choice for a stay in Kanazawa."
"Extremely close to Kanazawa Station, with a shopping mall directly across the street. There's also what seems to be a very popular Japanese restaurant next door, always bustling with diners, so I only ever saw it from the outside. The hotel is very conveniently located for transport, with an airport shuttle to Matsuoka Airport and the Shinkansen to Toyama. For breakfast, you can choose between Japanese and Western styles. The Japanese breakfast is well-balanced and beautifully presented. Due to the number of diners, you often have to queue at the entrance."
"I absolutely love this hotel!
1️⃣ **Convenient Location**
It's right next to Kanazawa Station, just a 3-minute walk, next to Starbucks. It's also a ten-minute walk to Montbell.
2️⃣ **Spacious and Clean Rooms**
There's plenty of space for two 28-inch suitcases. You can ask the hotel for more complimentary bottled water, which is very generous.
3️⃣ **Plenty of Shopping and Dining Options**
Being right next to Kanazawa Station means there's great shopping and delicious food everywhere. Many popular restaurants are located there. No worries about breakfast – the bakery across from 7-Eleven is excellent. You can even pop back to the hotel to rest when you're tired from shopping.
I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Kanazawa."
"room spacious & clean, have free coffee, can get ice from ground floor, near 711 & family mart
washing machine and microwave in room was nice to have :)
area accessible, 12 min walk from kanazawa sation
we walked to Higashiyama Chaya, Samurai District, Kenrokuen Garde, 21st Century Museum
will stay here again when we bring the family to Kanazawa"
"My wife and I have had a 3-night stay at this Hotel Wing International Premium Kanazawa Ekimae Room #1105 from 8 to 11 October 2025.
The Hotel is just a 5-minute walk away from the Kanazawa Station (which has a beautiful structure called the Drum Gate). Its reception is located on the 13th Floor, and it has limited parking lots on the 1st Floor. So we are grateful and thankful that we were given a lot for just ¥1000 per day for 3 days. The Hotel staff are polite and helpful, and are able to communicate in English.
As the Hotel is located right in the city centre, so shopping centres with food courts are within walking distance, and it is about a 15-minute walk to the popular Omicho Market and the historic old town site.
The hotel room is the standard typical type whereby it is small but very clean. The bed and pillows are comfortable for our liking, and the bathroom - again the typical Japanese type - is clean and its has strong water pressure for a comfortable shower.
The Hotel also provides free drinks (coffee and green tea) at the reception throughout morning till night.
At SGD S$68 per night, we find it very value for money, and we will choose to stay here if we travel to Kanazawa again."

Amazing
GGuest UserIt was located just across the roadfrom the Kanazwa JR station that also housed a mall, airport transfers and loads of good food. The place was larger than I expected but provided excellent service and daily breakfasts (noy buffet-style) in their second floor restaurant. A sign of how good service was - it was a little drizzly when we left but we said no to the offer of an umbrella as the station was less than 5 min away (and it was a very light drizzle). The lady accompanied us to the station just so she cd take the umbrellas back from us! The onsen was nice but I didn't hv time to try out any other facilities.
MMan KinFirst of all, I have to mention checkin. Because I didn't look at the information carefully, I arrived at Neon Hotel about 9 pm. After I didn't know how to enter. Haocai met some guests and told us before I knew that I had to go to the Hotel Kanazawa next to the train station to do Checkin first. They will give you Neon Hotel's Access code . Enter the hotel and room.
The room is clean and tidy. The space is enough for 4 of us. It is comfortable. There is a washing machine in the room to wash clothes. Very convenient.
Hotel location is a bit difficult to find, but of course, it can be found by Google map god. There is no parking lot nearby. It takes about 5 minutes to walk. The hotel is about 7 minutes from the train station. It is convenient.
MMagnus TanThe dorm was quite tricky to find on the sidewalk, walking from JR Kanazawa station, the sign was on a wall behind me, in the walkway leading into the building it was. One should look out to the left once you’ve reached the building.
There were no staff when I checked in late at night around 10pm, but I received an email beforehand detailing the guest forms I should fill up and some other information. Once I arrived, there were other clear instructions about my bunk, luggage storage and house rules. The entry area had several books and leaflets about the area and a map indicating eateries and sightseeing locations recommended by staff, a useful touch. Some of it were in English too.
The bunk was perfectly acceptable for a quick night sleep. The bed was wide and had lockable lockers to the side. Refreshments like drinks, snacks and noodles were also available for a small fee and payment was done via a tin box. Overall, very good value for money and it provided an opportunity to chat with other travellers staying by there. I chatted with someone from Taiwan and a local working at Kanazawa station’s tourist information centre. He was snowed in for the night and it’s worth noting that, it would be a struggle to haul luggage through heavy snow on the way to the property.
看看山看水看雲Very convenient location. Walk about 10' from the east exit of the Kanazawa station. Easy to find. The stairs are steep and the owner helped me to carry my luggage to the 1/F, where my bed was. When I was back at night, he showed me around and gave me the necessary details in person. Even asked me to take my shower earlier because the hostel that night was fully booked by marathon runners who were joining the race today (Oct 29). He helped me to clear my problems about the special traffic arrangements on the marathon day as well. What a helpful and friendly host!
The hostel is clean as well. Towels will be charged if needed.
GGuest UserThis is a capsule hotel conveniently located in the heart of Kanazawa. It's impeccably clean, the staff are very friendly, and the atmosphere is quiet and comfortable. I can't recommend it enough! I would definitely stay here again if I visit Kanazawa in the future.
AAlessandraThe hotel is well located: 15 min wall from the station, 10 from local district and historical place, just in front of the most famous market and along one of the most posh streets. A nice mall is just next to it if you need anything.
The reception and restaurant are at the 16th floor and offer a great view. Rooms are correct, lathe not the modernest style but fine enough (I booked a single room).
The personnel extremely gentle and helpful.
I highly recommend this place.
GGuest UserThe meal on the top floor was great with a great view, delicious food and good service. I wanted a little brightness in the room. I felt the lighting was dark.
Ffumei weiThe counter staff is kind and patient. The place to eat on the first floor is not very good. It may be necessary to prepare for early dining. There is a lunch box for the tenant to take out and breakfast is appetizing. The bathroom is small but acceptable. If you can install a handrail next to the bathtub, it will be safer for older people.
