Amazing
HHeiheiyuanziIt's still far from Kanazawa Station. Although there are shuttle buses, you can't figure out where to get on the bus when you first arrive, so you have to take a taxi, which costs 1100-1200 yen, which is not expensive. The hotel facilities are a bit old, but well maintained. It's very quiet, and someone plays the piano at night. Most of the guests staying are local tourists and Westerners. What I'm not satisfied with is that the water volume in the shower room is too small. I can only take a bath in the public bathhouse for two nights. The breakfast is pure Japanese style, but it's not bad. It's not far from Kanazawa Park and Kenrokuen Garden, which can be reached within half an hour on foot. The art museum is also in the same direction, which can be reached within 45 minutes on foot.
MM21965****This is a pretty good hotel with a very convenient location. Parking is limited, however, so if you arrive late, you might need to park off-site. Most of the staff can communicate in English, which is helpful. It's quite a new hotel, and I appreciate the thoughtful amenities like the laundry room and a common area where you can relax and have a drink with friends. They even have a change machine.
GGuest UserThe hotel was really nice and well located, next to Kanazawa castle and a 5 minute bus drive from the station. The room was nice and comfortable. Staff was helpful and they offered so many extra amenities.
MMike IgWe had a mixed experience at this hotel in Kanazawa. The location is definitely a plus — Omicho Market is just around the corner, and it’s about a 15-minute walk to the railway station, which made getting around relatively easy.
However, the room left a lot to be desired. It didn’t feel well maintained or properly cleaned. The in-room tablet didn’t work at all, and some parts of the air conditioning unit were open, exposing dirty interior components — not something you’d expect in a Japanese hotel.
The onsen was a nice feature, but often too crowded. There were three washing machines available for guests, but they were constantly in use, even late at night or early in the morning, which made doing laundry very difficult.
Staff were okay, but not particularly warm or polite by Japanese standards. Overall, it was a passable stay, but we wouldn’t choose this hotel again.
MMan KinFirst of all, I have to mention checkin. Because I didn't look at the information carefully, I arrived at Neon Hotel about 9 pm. After I didn't know how to enter. Haocai met some guests and told us before I knew that I had to go to the Hotel Kanazawa next to the train station to do Checkin first. They will give you Neon Hotel's Access code . Enter the hotel and room.
The room is clean and tidy. The space is enough for 4 of us. It is comfortable. There is a washing machine in the room to wash clothes. Very convenient.
Hotel location is a bit difficult to find, but of course, it can be found by Google map god. There is no parking lot nearby. It takes about 5 minutes to walk. The hotel is about 7 minutes from the train station. It is convenient.
LLieu Munn LoongMy wife and I have had a 3-night stay at this Hotel Wing International Premium Kanazawa Ekimae Room #1105 from 8 to 11 October 2025.
The Hotel is just a 5-minute walk away from the Kanazawa Station (which has a beautiful structure called the Drum Gate). Its reception is located on the 13th Floor, and it has limited parking lots on the 1st Floor. So we are grateful and thankful that we were given a lot for just ¥1000 per day for 3 days. The Hotel staff are polite and helpful, and are able to communicate in English.
As the Hotel is located right in the city centre, so shopping centres with food courts are within walking distance, and it is about a 15-minute walk to the popular Omicho Market and the historic old town site.
The hotel room is the standard typical type whereby it is small but very clean. The bed and pillows are comfortable for our liking, and the bathroom - again the typical Japanese type - is clean and its has strong water pressure for a comfortable shower.
The Hotel also provides free drinks (coffee and green tea) at the reception throughout morning till night.
At SGD S$68 per night, we find it very value for money, and we will choose to stay here if we travel to Kanazawa again.
AAlessandraThe hotel is well located: 15 min wall from the station, 10 from local district and historical place, just in front of the most famous market and along one of the most posh streets. A nice mall is just next to it if you need anything.
The reception and restaurant are at the 16th floor and offer a great view. Rooms are correct, lathe not the modernest style but fine enough (I booked a single room).
The personnel extremely gentle and helpful.
I highly recommend this place.
TTidu_tingbuxiadejiaobuExcellent value for money, and just a 2-minute walk to the station. The room was a bit small, but that's pretty standard for hotels in Japan. It's perfect for business travelers, but if you're on a leisure trip, you might struggle a bit with luggage space.
GGuest UserThe meal on the top floor was great with a great view, delicious food and good service. I wanted a little brightness in the room. I felt the lighting was dark.
Ffumei weiThe counter staff is kind and patient. The place to eat on the first floor is not very good. It may be necessary to prepare for early dining. There is a lunch box for the tenant to take out and breakfast is appetizing. The bathroom is small but acceptable. If you can install a handrail next to the bathtub, it will be safer for older people.
