GGuest Userfor this room, they added a bed for the third person which made the room super compacted and we barely had room to put our stuff/walk. Staff is nice but a bit overwhelmed due to the holiday season. It's very nicely renovated and fantastic but not really worth the price considering all the other hotels around the area. Also no amenities:(

WwendyliuyiOverall, a very satisfying hotel experience.
**Location:** Extremely convenient, just a 3-minute walk from Kanazawa Station. It was great to be able to drop off shopping anytime, and there's a mall right outside.
**Room:** Very spacious and clean. Since I booked for two adults and one child, they had all three beds made up, which shows great attention to detail. There's also a simple kitchenette, though we didn't use it, and a very convenient dining table.
**Facilities:** The hotel has public coin-operated washers and dryers, which were usually free during the day. There's also a gym next door.
**Dining:** The breakfast was quite substantial, with both hot and cold options. What was really nice was that from after breakfast until evening, there's complimentary tea, coffee, and even alcoholic beverages in the lobby. The lobby also has a 24-hour self-service convenience store.

RR ToroHakuchoro is a classic in Kanzawa, the decor is very tastefully done and the overall atmosphere has character. It’s onsen is natural spring water and though the bath are relatively modest, it never gets crowded. They provide free bus shuttles to and from the Kanazawa station and is a very helpful feature. Rooms are large and well appointed and everything in the fridge - water, tea, orange juice and beers are free and topped up everyday. The stained glass in the lobby area and in the rooms are nice touched included the very nice pottery ware used for breakfast! Breakfast buffet spread is both western and Japanese and they even now have sparkling wine and sake for breakfast!
Definitely has character!

DDennis 陈An excellent hotel rather near the Kanazawa Train Station. There are also some good Japanese restaurants opposite the hotel.
The room is spacious, contemporary with Japanese flavour. The facilities and amenities are comprehensive like body lotion, shampoo, comb, Onsen towel scrub, and tooth brush. The Onsen is rather small but sufficient as the turnover rate is pretty high since there is not much spaceto loiter or space out.
The Japanese breakfast is sumptuous and pretty good variety.
If you are early for your check-in, the hotel will gladly safekeeping for you until you return for the check-in at 3pm.

GGuest UserFacilities: For Japan, a 34 sqm room is excellent – spacious and comfortable. The only downside is that the buildings are very close together, so you can clearly see into the neighboring units.
Cleanliness: Clean and tidy.
Environment: Right downstairs is Kanazawa Station, two large shopping malls, and various convenience stores.
Service: This is where I have to complain! It states no room service from 9 PM to 7 AM, but even at 9 AM, no one answered when I called for room service. Also, they refused to help me book Myoryuji Temple every time I asked.

AAriiiiiiiiiiWords cannot describe how great this hotel is. The rooms are spacious and clean, the downstairs common area is beautiful, and the food available is stunning. But nothing even comes close to the hosts. They are such genuine and lovely people, easy to chat to and proud of what they have. My first night I was somewhat anxious but the host was so warm and welcoming, leading to us having some lovely conversations over a nice glass of beer. Even after I had forgotten to return my key after checkout, the host offered me to drive me back to the station in order to get the train. This didnt feel like typical service, it felt like pure genuine kindness and pride for a lovely business.
If you're in Kanazawa you'd be doing yourself a disservice by not going here. Even if you're not staying, swing by for lunch or one of their extensive range of teas.

達達叔This hotel boasts an excellent location. While it doesn't have a hot spring, the large bathroom is a great alternative for unwinding and de-stressing. Plus, there are plenty of dining, drinking, and shopping options conveniently nearby, which is fantastic!

……CzarinaEverything was excellent and value for the money. From the front desk itself (offers luggage storage when you are early, and free bike rental), Husband and I really maximized their public onsen which is very clean and contains essentials for after wash care, by the way you can see the crowd count for the onsen and cafeteria in their TV. One thing that we didn't like is the block out curtains that is not fully blocking the sunlight.

AAnonymous UserI stayed here because I was traveling to a live concert and the venue, Hondanomori Hall, was within walking distance (just over 20 minutes), but it also had good access to sightseeing and a convenience store nearby, so the location was convenient.
The bathroom was clean, the room was spacious enough for one person, and I had no trouble staying there.
