Highly recommend this place. Staff were very helpful and welcoming. Entire Hakodate was pleasant. Room was clean and spacious only thing they lack is more sockets :)

The hotel is good in all aspects, but not as good as Xiao🍠 advertised. It's not a must-stay. It's clean and has a great location, right next to the tropical botanical garden. There are direct buses to JR Station and Benimori Warehouse, and the service attitude is also good. In short, it's worth staying.

The Japanese-style room I booked was spacious. I paid extra to upgrade to a sea view room. Although it was a bit old, it was very clean and comfortable to sleep in. The best thing was the sea view restaurant, which was really amazing. The sashimi was super fresh. You must order breakfast and dinner, which is great value. The sea view from the lobby on the first floor was super beautiful. Next to it was the tropical botanical garden, which was really not worth going to, just to see the monkeys, but in fact the monkeys were not in the hot spring pool, just a super small monkey mountain. The Japanese-style room is old, I am not used to it, and the sleep is not good. The view is good, and the first floor is better. The buffet dinner is good. Sweet shrimp and crab legs are very popular. Drinks are charged separately. There is no juice for dinner, only coffee, tea and water. There are juice drinks for breakfast.

After exiting JR Hakodate Station, you can take tram No. 2 or 5 and get off at the penultimate stop "Yukawa Onsen" station. Then walk for about 10 minutes. It will be faster if you take the bus. The hotel is a bit old and the facilities are relatively old. The room is close to the sea and you can hear the sound of the waves. The hot springs are on the 4th and 7th floors. There is a small outdoor pool on the 4th floor, and there is only an indoor pool on the 7th floor. Just put on a bathrobe and a towel and go take a bath. There is also a locked storage compartment where you can store your mobile phone and room keys. Breakfast is better than dinner, but dinner is really unsatisfactory. It is not delivered to the room, but in buffet form.

The draft beer is particularly delicious. The restaurant has really good service and is worth it. The only bad thing is that the wifi is relatively slow... Be prepared for traffic.
