Stayed here for a short one night. Nice modern rooms. Check in was efficient and the lady who worked there was helped us pre book a taxi to pick us up at 4am for our 6am flight. That was extremely helpful.

The area is an excellent compromise between expensive places and dodgy areas, literally ten minutes walk from the station and half an hour from the center (we always went on foot without problems). Very clean, impeccable, new room with everything you need, I would even say quiet because it overlooked an internal courtyard. The terrace is nice. Quick check in and very quick response on the phone when we arrived. A special mention for the lady who cleaned the rooms in the morning, because she was kind, gave us lots of advice and her impeccable work was evident. Super recommended!

It is about a 15-minute walk from the station. On the way from the station, there is a clean supermarket, laundry, and delicious pizza restaurant, and next door is a chain drugstore, so the location is great. The room was quite spacious, cleaned every day, and had a large terrace, so it was very comfortable. I visited not only Naples, but also Pompeii, Salerno → Amalfi → Potasino → Sorrento, but Amalfi and Potasino were too crowded, so I'm glad I did a day trip from Naples. There is no resident staff, so you need to go at the specified time to check in, but be careful that they don't open the door unless you call. I ended up not being able to contact the hotel in Matera, so the hotel canceled the day and I didn't get a refund, so I was a little worried that it would happen again.

Overall I liked everything. Polite staff, there is a kettle, a refrigerator, everything is clean and beautiful. The only thing was that I had to make a phone call to get into the hotel itself upon entry. Located near the ed station. Almost the city center.

Because it is an unmanned store, there are usually no waiters. You need to make an appointment by phone or email or other contact methods before you can enter. The room is OK, the lights are bright and clean. It is newly renovated, but you can hear the sound of trams at night, which affects your rest. There are supermarkets nearby, pizza restaurants and fast food pasta restaurants not far away, and public transportation is convenient. It is about a 15-minute walk from the central train station.

It's so bad. It's the worst hotel I've stayed in in a long time. It doesn't even feel like a hotel. The hotel's front door is a big iron gate like a parking lot. There are trash cans and **** at the door, and the smell of urine is everywhere. There is an extremely strong smell of low-quality aromatherapy in the room. It makes people dizzy and unable to sleep at night because it is full of mosquitoes. If the windows are closed and there is no ventilation at all, it will be as uncomfortable as death. We only stayed a couple of days but we were extremely impressed with this little gem situated in a busy part of Naples. The room was absolutely spotless- one of the cleanest and nicest-smelling rooms I’ve ever stayed in. The area is a short distance from the Piazza Garibaldi and a longer walk to the main sites of Naples but close to the airport. The lady in charge of cleaning the rooms and checking in was really friendly, welcoming and helpful. We went out before breakfast so cannot comment on that but would stay there again on a short break, without a doubt.
