New hotel in town with jacuzzi but indoor pool is a bit smaller than expected. Pillows and bed is awesome. Breakfast is not very nice tbh.

Good service staff, attentive, clean room, exactly as pictured. Located in a safe location near Shwedagon Pagoda. From the downtown area (Business Road area) about 20 minutes by car. There is internet in the hotel. Food can be ordered from the hotel, and there is a morning restaurant.

Clean, convenient accommodation, suitable for working, convenient, easy to travel.

The staff are really friendly. I think the majority of guests are locals rather than foreigners. It was nice that it had just what I needed at an affordable price. I also enjoyed the breakfast. It was nice that it was clean and quiet. If you're planning to go sightseeing downtown, it's probably ok as it's about a 10-minute taxi ride away.

This is a stay report. Day 12 of my stay, Part 3 1. I reported last time that the pool is crowded with local Myanmar families on Saturdays and Sundays, but it's still busy on Fridays as well. Swimming is not allowed on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. As additional information 2.The room is very dark. There was no electricity in the center of the room, so I had no choice but to go to bed early. 3.The bathroom and washroom are the same as the room, and there is no drain in the middle, so once you use the bathroom, it stays wet all day long.If you are traveling with children, you may want to consider another hotel. I stayed here for 1 night, received the room I saw. Shwedagon Pagoda view It's a nice, clean room, comfortable bed, clean, good service staff. Breakfast was delicious and there was a wide selection of food. Recommend this hotel. If there is a chance to go back and stay again.

The location of the hotel is very good, close to the main road, quiet amidst the hustle and bustle, the room is facing the Yangon Container Freight Terminal, there are no ships or containers, it is deserted. The room is very good, the air-conditioning temperature, hot tub, and bedding are perfect. The most recommended is the spa on the sixth floor of the hotel. The Thai massage is super good, the technique and service are very good! The fly in the ointment: there are no beverages in the refrigerator, less drinking water, and no toilet paper.
