The hotel is a relatively clean and convenient hotel in the north of Tel Aviv. I went there during the war and felt safer than the city center. Terrorist rockets are not easy to hit. There are also high-tech companies gathering nearby.

The rooms were great, we slept on the 2nd floor just in front the main road. We complained about the noise from the road and immediately they replaced our room to a quiet room.
The breakfast was amazing and tasteful

Terrible reception manager, Lyn. Not well maintained. Curtain was down on the floor when arrived. can't get any drink after 2200. No nespresso or other coffee machine. Had to remind 4 times until brought a soap. Parking under the building however expensive and the guests can't pay it in the hotel and many other problems

If anything could have gone wrong with this stay, it did. Dirty sheets, rude staff that do not care, senior management that is completely absent from the business, and gross outdated furniture, carpeting, thin sheets, etc. DO NOT STAY HERE.

We checked in on April on April 10 and were told that we had to pay VAT tax. After a discussion with the manager, Dean, he agreed to put our reservation under my American passport. We are also Marriot Bonvoy Gold Elite and under the reservation, breakfast is included. We had breakfast, which is quite good, and no one said anything about a charge. On the second day, we started to get conflicting messages. One employee said there is no charge and another said that there is. This became a daily routine. One employee signed a note saying that breakfast is included, only to have Dean calling and saying that it's not so. This lack of customer service and aggravation has ruined our stay. Shameful!
