"We pre-paid and booked directly hoping for a pleasnt weekend by the sea. Sadly, when we arrived we found a dirty apartment with a very heavy cigarette smell. The bed was made with a single untidy cover, there was a pair of undewear hanging in the bathroom, a dusty rug and stained extra couches folded in the corner. We opened the balcony door to get some fresh air in, only to get hot air and noise from the pool underneath. We immediatly decided to leave and find alternative arrangements. We asked the owner to reimburse us due to the apartments condition but they said no because it was too late to get other guests. We requested to recieve at least the price of one night of the two nights booked but we never heard back from them. NOT RECOMMENDED! Location is not everything"

"This was a clean, brand spanking new, well run, friendly and attentive, well located and well priced Hertzeliya hotel. The staff, particularly Eyal and Barak, were kind and attentive, accommodating and super friendly. The room was well designed and comfortable, particularly the beds. The location was wonderful, near shops and restaurants and a lovely 15 minute straight line walk to the stunning beach. Very fair pricing too. Excellent free, all you can use coffee bar in the lobby as well. For the price, this was a grand slam and I strongly recommend everyone to try it."
