staff were good, had a very late check-in. nice place right by the beach and a great 24 hours diner right opposite.

Unkept. Water stain on the ceiling with a bad paint job. Breakfast was very good - better than Central Plaza in TLV. Service was much worse. Room was way too small. Pool is only outdoor and closed most of the year, which wasn't in Trip summary.

Pros: Great bathroom, comfortable main bed, balcony where we enjoyed watching the sea and the people playing in it for long stretches, easy access to the sea. Cons: Grumpy staff at the desk, uncomfortable second bed. Hotel breakfast is free and quite good, though not as amazing as some Israeli hotel breakfasts.

We booked this hotel for a couple who were going to spend their wedding night in the most luxurious room.
Bad luck, it was occupied by a family from the south of the country (requisitioned because of the war).
We were not warned, we had to resort to another room, which despite appearances was very poorly maintained.
Having seen it very quickly on the morning of the wedding, we didn't notice it. And all this without being reimbursed for the price difference!!!
The young couple was very poorly received and very disappointed…

We stayed at the Suite and it was not clean. Candy near the door and a coffee tablet (the one that you put in the coffee machine) was behind the blinds.
