按金都會忘記退，一個星期了，如果不是突然想起來主動去聯繫酒店，那這筆按金就沒了。酒店人員也不會主動聯繫客人，真服了，這麼大個酒店這種事情都能忘。

本來對酒店的環境都還挺滿意的，樓下就有商場，吃東西停車都很方便，但是對於一個長期出差的人來説，第一次遇到酒店有跳蚤的，床上好多，看到都嚇人，希望酒店還是重視一下吧，畢竟對於出差的人來説在外選酒店無外乎就是衞生首先要乾淨，連着一點都達不到，就很難再次選擇。
