Four Points by Sheraton Heshan Fangyuan Hotel performed terribly in terms of service, management, process and response to customer complaints. I think this is a problem with the hotel management, the staff's service awareness, and the staff training - it is a hotel management problem. The three main complaints are as follows: 1. There was a 3cm bee in the room when I checked in, flying around a bit scary; 2. The hotel bathtub was blocked; 3. The hotel hair dryer was broken. Three complaint details -Complaint 1: Checked in on June 8, 2024, entered the hotel room and saw a big bee about 3cm long, flying around the room. The child was so scared that he squatted on the ground. I quickly called the hotel. The service staff came slowly and it took about 15 minutes to handle it. After handling it, I asked the staff who came to handle it why it happened? He replied that we were just working, and we had to ask the hotel management staff about this. In my opinion, no matter what position the hotel service staff is in, he represents the image of the hotel. In view of this, I said okay, then I'll call the front desk! After the complaint, a person who claimed to be in charge of the complaint called the room to communicate with me. The main idea of ​​the room bee incident was to express that it was normal for bees to come in when the room had a balcony in summer. I immediately retorted that in your process, you did not confirm whether the room was normal after cleaning it? It was normal to have a 3cm bee inside? If you apologized at the beginning, I would think it was acceptable, but if you said it was normal, I would think it was unacceptable and unprofessional. I refused to send a piece of fruit as compensation. ——Complaint 2: At night, the family returned to the hotel and was very tired. We wanted to take a bath. After everything was ready, we found that the bathtub could not be put into the water. We were upset. We came out to relax. This was asking for trouble. Is this a problem that should occur in a 5-star hotel? Finally, I called the front desk, and the room service sent a "magic weapon" - a plastic suction cup. Use this suction cup to temporarily open the drain plug to drain the water. It was upset! I was not in the mood to take a bath, so I went downstairs for a midnight snack. ——Complaint 3: After having supper, I went back to the hotel room and took a shower. After taking a shower, I found that the hair dryer was broken. I was upset and called the front desk. The front desk said that I might have plugged the wrong plug. 酒店設施十分齊全，室內外泳池，兒童遊玩設施，健康室一應俱全。 全住園景泡池房，十分適合親子遊。自助餐豐富。唯獨前台小姐姐辦理入住登記時的態度要改善。
