Das Hotel haben wir nicht zum 1. mal besucht. Essen super, alles Sauber und Personal umwerfend freundlich. Es werden Renovierungsarbeiten durchgefuehrtt, was aber vorher gesagt wurde und mit 20% auf Preis und Behandlungen verguetet wurde. Ich gebe 4 Sterne, weil diesesmal, im Zimmer 275, die Matratze hart wie ein Brett war. Ich bin nicht empfindlich, ich mag harte Mattatzen. Aber diese war extrem. Wie ein Brett, mit bisschen schaumgummi drauf. Habe nachgesehen, es war eine hohe Federkernmatratze mit innen drinnen einen festen Teil wie ein Brett. Ich nehme an es fehlte der Topper, dann waere es gut gewesen. Wie gesagt, es war zum 1. mal so. Bei der Abreise habe ich es gemeldet und wir haben fuer die naechste Buchung einen 50 euro Gutschein bekommen' was ich gut finde. wir kommen gerne wieder, aber dann schaue ich gleich nach und tausche das Zimmer wenn das Bett wieder so ist, weil das war Horror fuer meinen Ruecken.

Mir hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen und werde das Hotel sicher weiterempfehlen. Vor allem die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals!!! Angenehm lange Öffnungszeiten für Essen: Frühstück von 7:00 - 11:00, Abendessen 17:30 - 21:30 Uhr! Genügend Liegen im Wellnessbereich Schöne Park/Gartenanlage Eurowährung wird akzeptiert

Das dieses Hotel 5 Sterne hat ist mir ein Rätsel! Die Zimmer veraltet das Bad hat schwarze schimmel Flecken. Wir hatten einen whirlpool auf der Terrasse bei dem schon dringend mal das Wasser gewechselt werden müsste! Es war stark chlorhaltig, trübes Wasser und man konnte den Dreck der Vorgänger drinnen Schwimmen sehen. Im Saunabereich roch es sehr stark nach Urin!!! Beim geführten saunaaufguss wurde mit einem billigem parfumöl Maracuja aufgegessen und nicht wie üblich mit ätherischen ölen! Das Wasser im thermalbecken war zu kühl und grundsätzlich nicht ansprechend! Wir haben wegen umbauten 20% auf den gesamten Aufenthalt bekommen, hätten wir diesen nicht bekommen wäre es preislich wie im rogner bad blumau das um Welten besser und qualitativ hochwertiger ist als dieses "spa"! Niemand würde ich diese therme empfehlen! Total überteuert nicht sauber und keine 5sterne wert! Da ist das Preis leistungs Verhältnis in Österreich viel viel besser! Einzig das Essen war gut aber auch nur 4 Sterne wert!

First time there since covid. I couldn't wait to spend a few days there again. However, the next morning I felt that if I knew what's good for me, then I should pack and run, but unfortunately I stayed a week as originally planned. This was a very bad decision. But now I know for sure that this was the last time ever I stayed there.

Die Wasser Temperatur viel zu kalt beim Aufenthalt die Lufttemperaturen zu kalt ist leider nicht zum weiterempfehlen beim Abendessen Wartezeit in Schlangen bis was frei wird bin sehr enttäuscht würde das Angebot nicht mehr annehmen Danke

The hotel has the best staff in Hungary, extremely friendly. Pas Zaltan at their restaurant was kind, knowledgeable about the food and genuinely interested in our trip to Hungary. The hotel has great spa facilities and great food as well
