As regular visitors we always enjoy Slaley Hall.
The hotel has a lovely atmosphere, from a warm welcome at Reception to check out.
The staff are all very pleasant and helpful.
The facilities are good, as are the food and rooms.
The location is good, perhaps the only downside is a lack of signage from the road for new visitors.

We arrived early and our room was ready.
The spa facilities were adequate. Only comment is some update needed to the rock effect around the pool.
The food in the Clarets jug was fine. Dessert bit disappointing.
The staff very friendly and Neville not sure his title but was a perfect gentleman. He transported our luggage to and from our bedroom with no effort. Neville was very polite and friendly. Hope to see him next time we visit.

As a group of eight golfers we booked an overnight stay in 4 twin rooms with two rounds of golf. Dinner & breakfast was included in the deal. Right from our arrival the staff were very friendly & helpful. The two courses weren’t in the best of conditions but considering the amount of rain they were quite acceptable. The evening meal was delicious as was the breakfast.

What a Fabulous Stay! The staff were all so incredibly friendly, and the service exceptional. Both Danny in the restaurant and Molly in reception shine through with the brilliant service they presented. Being a general manager of a hotel myself, I look for the brilliant qualities both these individuals had. I will 100% be visiting again.

Group trip to celebrate a friend's wedding. They coped well with all 28 of us golfers. Well organised and friendly bar staff.

An amazing 2 night break, courtesy of the Carefree charity and the amazing hotels that donate rooms. Our room was lovely and big enough so weren't tripping over our mobility scooter. Staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. The afternoon tea was amazing and so much that we didn't eat that evening and choose to relax in out room. Breakfast was a good buffet with plenty of choice and the option to upgrade. We enjoyed a meal in the restaurant on our final evening and the steak was beautiful. According to my husband the creme brulee was just like a French one, high praise indeed. We are now truly relaxed and having a little space out of our caring responsibilities is worth more than anyone can appreciate. Thank you.

Staid for a long weekend. Lodge was amazing. Spotless, everything you could ask for from the towels to kitchen equipment. Loved watching the wild life, many species of birds, rabbits and squirrels. Check in and out smooth including a couple of txts to see everything was ok. Only slight thing was asked not to use sauna in the lodge, but there was one in the hotel so not major. Our lodge was at the top of a hill
