房間很大，衞生也還可以的，房間的電視背面牆滲水，整面牆都是水漬，不過不影響入住，也就算了。早餐供應補給不及時，咖啡機大部分時間都在排長龍。早餐種類還是豐富的，基本都有。温泉離房間有點遠。其他都好。

一家十多年的酒店，周邊環境和服務都不錯，離綠島湖也很近開車五分鐘就到，衹是酒店的中餐廳吃飯還要收20%的服務費🥺，而且酒店新風系統味道難聞。西餐自助和早餐自助中規中矩不差也不算好，，入住有歡迎點心飲料和下午茶，表揚一下下午茶，內容豐富分量足，都夠我們一家三口吃了。

✨客房狀況：套房格局很喜歡，特別適合親子游家庭，沙發床睡兩個低齡小童沒問題。房間和客廳、衞生間都可以隔斷，房間和客廳都有陽台，孩子入睡後大人活動可以不打擾小朋友。衞生還可以，但因為已經陳舊了，地毯總會顯得有點臟；電視也很舊。
✨酒店設施：有温泉、室外泳池，玩水的話，可以消磨很多時間。早餐自助餐廳旁邊有個mini小童樂園，很小，消磨半小時可以的。
✨餐飲：早餐自助一般；翠華餐廳還行，周邊也有些餐廳可以吃。
總結一句：適合親子游哦。

早餐很一般，酒店比較偏，環境不錯，裏面和周邊吃飯的地方不咋滴，又貴又難吃！洗手間和浴室中間隔斷都是透明玻璃，尷尬！而且沒有單獨的抽風系統，味道很重！！！

實際房間比照片小，陽台沒有桌椅。房間格局有點怪怪的。而且親子房明明價格比較高，卻衹有低樓層，高樓層配給了售價更低的大床房，不知道什麼商業邏輯。設施確實比較舊，停車場的陳舊和暗光線， 挺瘮人的。酒店雖然離湖不遠，卻沒法直接到湖邊，酒店對於住客怎麼前往湖邊的指引也很不清晰。

我訂三家房，其中一家房拿了小童浴袍，然後我諮詢前台是否有小童浴袍，兩個前台客服都説我的房間是沒有小童浴袍的，但是我們三家房型是一樣的，然後我就説為什麼就我的沒有，前台穿西裝的女士後面又説有，這是是什麼情況呢？本來我是感覺酒店確實不錯，除了泳池不是恆温。其他還可以。這樣弄一下確實無語哦，本來評價服務分很高的，最後的體驗感被兩員工工作失誤毀了。
