The room was clean, tidy, cozy, and comfortable, and the private hot spring on the balcony was fantastic! The environment at Chunmuyuan Town is stunning, with beautiful lake and mountain scenery and fresh air – every step is a picturesque view. Both the hotel and the town staff were incredibly attentive and thoughtful, responding efficiently and enthusiastically. The family-friendly atmosphere was top-notch, with activities like Dragon Bone Park, the hot springs, water park fun, and in the evenings, a water show, bonfire party, and fireworks. The program was so rich and diverse, and we had an absolutely amazing time! It's perfect for a relaxing family vacation and definitely worth revisiting!"

"The room reservation clearly stated that there was a hot spring, and we were informed upon check-in that the hot spring water supply was limited. However, when we returned to the hotel to shower that evening, we found that not only was there no hot spring water, but there was also no hot water. After calling to inquire, they said they would send someone to check, but no one responded, provided feedback, or came (we were unable to shower). After complaining on-site, someone came to check and handle the situation, but there was still no hot spring water and no hot water… Later, they came again and arranged for us to go to another bathroom on the first floor in the storage room where we finally had hot water to shower… The National Day holiday being crowded is no excuse; the service response and attitude, as well as the overall experience of both the facilities and the service, were very poor…"

"The third time I went to Heyuan for business, Hilton Garden Inn was my only choice. I didn't need to think too much. Every time I received a business trip, I would book this hotel. It was clean and hygienic, the room was large, and the hotel staff were very enthusiastic. Sitting on the sofa in the morning, the sunlight through the floor-length curtains was really beautiful. The breakfast was also rich. Washing and drying is really convenient for business travelers. Very cost-effective."

"The five-star standard is still very good. This is the most satisfying stay at this price. When I checked in, I knew there were children and I immediately gave them two milk dragons and biscuits. The children were very happy and said it was very grand and high-end. There is also a bookcase in the waiting area at the front desk that the children love. The baby couldn't wait to borrow two books to read in the room. The room has a small refrigerator and a bathtub. The prices of things are clearly marked, which is understandable. The 179 three-person set meal in the Chinese restaurant on the 2nd floor tastes great and the ingredients are very fresh. There are also many types of breakfast on the 15th floor. There is also a club on the 1st floor next door. The price of massage, leisure and entertainment is reasonable and there are many types. I came back too late and didn't experience enough in 2 and a half hours. I immediately booked a room for two days later. If I have the opportunity to come again next time, I will choose this hotel first."

"Around 0 o'clock, Xiao Li, the young man on duty at night, quickly helped to communicate the noise at the KTV downstairs. Later, he helped change the room to a higher floor and gave me fruits. But when I came back the next day, the girl at the front desk, Xiaoying, didn’t have a room on a high floor, and she said that the KTV stopped singing at 2 o’clock. Who is going to move bricks early in the morning on a business trip and have to wait until 2 o’clock to go to bed? The most ridiculous thing is that a male customer came from behind. He could be upgraded and moved to a high floor. Fruits would be delivered to the room later. It feels particularly bad to be treated differently.
