4-Star Hotels in Heyuan

The room hardware and software are super good and cost-effective. The buffet breakfast is also delicious. The front desk service is very good. My husband had an emergency due to food allergies during our stay. The hotel manager drove us to the hospital. I really want to thank all the staff of the hotel. If I visit Heyuan next time, this hotel is my best choice

This homestay should give five stars. It feels very comfortable when I first enter the park. The design is very good. The room is fully equipped and there are unexpected things. Although the tent bathroom is simpler, it is much more convenient than the camping I have lived in without a separate bathroom. The boss repeatedly emphasized to me that this is a tent, not a wooden house. I said ”I know” in my weak heart. I originally wanted to live in a tent, but the tent here can be equipped with a large hot spring pool. I have never seen it elsewhere. The sanitation inside is quite clean. The night view is very good for taking pictures and punching in. The sound quality in the room is very good, the bubble hot spring is very comfortable, and I will come again.

The room was clean and tidy. I stayed on the 10th floor, and although the window couldn't be opened completely, it didn't block out the noise of cars outside. Every morning, I was woken up by the noise of garbage trucks and other vehicles. The bathroom and toilet doors had a semi-transparent glass design, which compromised privacy. I also suggest the hotel add hooks to the bathroom. Furthermore, staff should be instructed not to speak loudly in the hallway outside the room in the morning. I was woken up and had to open the door and ask for quiet before they realized their mistake, but I was already awake and couldn't get a proper rest.

The hotel has its own free parking lot, which leads directly to the lobby. The rooms are clean, tidy and comfortable. The hotel has a good view. There are also washing machines and a gym, which are very convenient. There are many snacks downstairs. The main hotel front desk service is very good. The experience is very good. The location is very good. I am very satisfied with my stay.

The parking lot is also sufficient, just downstairs from the hotel, convenient. Hygiene: The most important thing I care about when I stay in the hotel is hygiene. This is very good. The bedding is very clean. The floor of the room, the bathroom, including the shower are very clean and I sleep very comfortably. I took a recent photo of the bedding and I can see that it is very clean. Service: Breakfast is very rich and healthy. The hotel will provide travel news, which is very convenient for reference travel.

Our stay at Wanlv Lake Xinle Qinggu was absolutely fantastic! As soon as we opened the curtains, we were greeted with stunning views of Wanlv Lake. Waking up to such a beautiful scene instantly put us in a great mood for the entire day. All the staff members were incredibly polite and engaging, making us feel like we were visiting old friends. Xiao Cai: So much fun to chat with! She took us to buy fireworks and helped us capture some truly amazing photos. She's incredibly skilled! Hotel Manager: Very dedicated, responsible, and reliable. We even ran into her on our first morning as she was compassionately helping another guest catch their escaped bunny that had run under a house! Two Guys (Staff): The day shift guy was a bit shy and didn't talk much, but he was very diligent. The night shift guy was also shy but extremely enthusiastic and dependable. And let's not forget Jintiao, the adorable cat who kept us company! Highly recommend! We'll definitely be back, and I strongly suggest they introduce an annual pass!

Hygiene: Very good, the shower water pressure is sufficient Environment: The surrounding area is a bit deserted, you need to navigate to ”Gangsheng New World” in the center of the county town, about 3.5 kilometers. You can park in the underground parking lot downstairs.

The environmental sanitation is very ideal, and the facilities and equipment are very effective. I stayed in a large bed room with floor-to-ceiling windows, which is comfortable and breathable. The hotel is in a convenient location. It is very close to Ketianxia and Asia's No. 1 Fountain. The lady at the hotel front desk is also very nice. The room itself was satisfactory, but the KTV on the third floor was incredibly noisy at night. On the first night, the front desk and staff were very patient, showing me four different rooms. I chose one that was relatively less noisy and managed to sleep for the night. The second night, the KTV singing continued. However, my child was so exhausted from the day's activities that they fell asleep, so I had no choice but to endure it until the KTV closed at 1:30 AM before I could sleep. Honestly, if you're looking for a quiet environment, I wouldn't recommend this place 😔—unless, of course, no one is singing karaoke that night.

It's a great place to take the kids. The rooms are quite comfortable, and the hot spring pools are nice, with various sizes and different effects. It's also fun to stroll around the town. The park offers a one-stop shop for fun, food, drinks, entertainment, and accommodation. The whole family had a great time.
