CCraig (NBM)Girls on reception were very lovely and welcoming, a very cute one even wanted a photo with me ( 😊 ). Staff are very friendly and warm and the room was massive for the price. Very good value for the money Everything was very clean and tidy. If you’re passing through here use this hotel, I had a very pleasant stop over and felt very welcomed by the warm and friendly staff.

GGuest UserThe front desk lady was very considerate and asked me if I needed to do laundry. Laundry is the most necessary thing when traveling during the summer vacation. There is a self-service laundry room here, which is free. Super awesome 👍🏻

GGuest UserThe hotel has a great location, just a 3-4 minute walk from the evening fountain, and there's also a separate free parking lot, though the sign isn't very obvious. The front desk staff were very friendly and kindly arranged a quiet room for me. Breakfast was provided, though the selection wasn't extensive, but it was acceptable for the price. The soundproofing between floors was mediocre; I could always hear footsteps from upstairs, a loud thumping sound. The room door also had a lot of resistance; even when closing it normally, it felt like it slammed shut, which could disturb other guests. I hope this can be improved.

BBuchiputaodehuolongguoFacilities: The room is large, the decoration is good, the fitness equipment is quite rich, the room hot water and toiletries are very ok. The parking lot is also sufficient, just downstairs from the hotel, convenient.
Hygiene: The most important thing I care about when I stay in the hotel is hygiene. This is very good. The bedding is very clean. The floor of the room, the bathroom, including the shower are very clean and I sleep very comfortably. I took a recent photo of the bedding and I can see that it is very clean.
Service: Breakfast is very rich and healthy. The hotel will provide travel news, which is very convenient for reference travel.

CC眼The room was clean and tidy. I stayed on the 10th floor, and although the window couldn't be opened completely, it didn't block out the noise of cars outside. Every morning, I was woken up by the noise of garbage trucks and other vehicles. The bathroom and toilet doors had a semi-transparent glass design, which compromised privacy. I also suggest the hotel add hooks to the bathroom. Furthermore, staff should be instructed not to speak loudly in the hallway outside the room in the morning. I was woken up and had to open the door and ask for quiet before they realized their mistake, but I was already awake and couldn't get a proper rest.

GGuest UserMy stay was very comfortable and relaxing. The room was well-ventilated, and the wet/dry separation in the bathroom was very practical. It was spotlessly clean, no dust anywhere, and all the amenities were brand new and fully stocked. The staff were excellent, very professional and genuinely helpful, not just going through the motions. It was quiet and cozy, definitely worth experiencing.

GGuest UserThe courtyard duplex we stayed in was quite clean and tidy. Our housekeeper, Xiao Ou, was very patient, giving us directions, providing complimentary fruit and supplies. The town itself had great scenery and fresh air, and there were many activities to do, making it suitable for family trips. I would definitely come again if I have the chance! 😊

DDJMrI came to Longchuan with my sisters and was so happy. We stayed in this hotel. The breakfast was delicious and the facilities and equipment were complete. The key point is that the bed is so comfortable, which is very suitable for me who likes to sleep in. The room is very stylish and suitable for me to check in 🤣I also had snacks and coffee nearby☕

Environment: The surrounding area is a bit deserted, you need to navigate to ”Gangsheng New World” in the center of the county town, about 3.5 kilometers.

AAnonymous UserBoth adults and kids were very satisfied! A big thank you to Trip.com and the hotel for the complimentary suite upgrade; it made our stay so comfortable. The breakfast selection was extensive, and the location is fantastic, very close to Wanlv Lake if you're driving. The hotel's own environment is beautiful and lush, feeling like a grand estate. The entertainment options are also great. Even though it rained and we couldn't go to the water park, the indoor bubble pool park and hot springs kept us very happy.
