GGuest UserThis homestay should give five stars. It feels very comfortable when I first enter the park. The design is very good. The room is fully equipped and there are unexpected things. Although the tent bathroom is simpler, it is much more convenient than the camping I have lived in without a separate bathroom. The boss repeatedly emphasized to me that this is a tent, not a wooden house. I said ”I know” in my weak heart. I originally wanted to live in a tent, but the tent here can be equipped with a large hot spring pool. I have never seen it elsewhere. The sanitation inside is quite clean. The night view is very good for taking pictures and punching in. The sound quality in the room is very good, the bubble hot spring is very comfortable, and I will come again.

Bbe thereThe hotel is elegantly styled after the Banyan Tree. The service is excellent; this level of overall service is exceptional for a suburban area like Heyuan.
After booking, I received a call from the hotel manager. On the way to the hotel, we arranged everything from extra beds, dinner reservations, menus, and town activities.
Upon check-in, the lobby staff, four or five of whom provided us with various introductions and services, were very friendly and attentive. The lady taking photos was patient and always had a sweet smile. The hotel manager responded promptly to any WeChat messages and offered suggestions, a far cry from the often insignificant butlers at many hotels. Special praise goes to Xiaogang and Xiaoxu.
The room was also new and spacious, with both an indoor and outdoor hot spring bathtub.
Downstairs was the hot spring pool, open 24 hours a day, with the perfect temperature and extremely convenient.
The breakfast was incredibly rich, delicious, and not overly fancy.
For both a stay and a vacation, this hotel is well worth the price, although it's a bit far from Chunmuyuan Town, which is quite average.

When I checked in, the front desk lady was more professional in polite language and warm reminders. There are many, telling Huangcun's delicious, biggest surprise, I also helped me upgrade the tea room. The room is about 65 square meters. There is a big tea table. The balcony is super large. The pool is super large. The bed is super large. It is hygienic, clean, and especially ventilated. A pool of water is full in about 5 minutes. It is still a super advanced water discharge system. The breakfast is rich the next day. There is also a very delicious pork soup. You must like the hotel manager Ye, the service attitude is very good.

SShisensenya～You must seriously recommend this Miyu Hot Spring Resort Homestay in Heyuan, especially for families with children, which is really worth coming.
Last weekend, I took my children with my girlfriends for one night. When I came back, the children were still talking. The adults also felt relaxed and had planned to go again next time.
The parent-child facilities here are well done, and there are a lot of things for children to play: there are large slides, children's playgrounds (there are Bobo pools and many toys inside), and there are sand pools outdoors. Even the sand digging tools are ready, especially worry-free. The hot spring pool is also suitable for children to play in the water. The homestay provides a swimming ring. The private soup pool in the room can see the mountain view, which is very comfortable.
Adults will not be bored here. There are KTV private rooms and automatic mahjong machines, and the equipment is relatively new. My girlfriend and I went to the SPA and drank tea in the tea room. I felt that the whole person was slow. The design of the whole homestay is tasteful, and many corners are very good-looking and can produce films.
What makes me feel very good is that many details are done with care: the paintings and carpets on the wall should be specially customized, warm reminders can be seen everywhere, the facilities are clean, and the mother and baby supplies are quite complete.
The homestay is in Heyuan, driving from Guangzhou/Shenzhen for about 2 hours, and the transportation is convenient. If you want to take your baby out to relax on weekends, this is indeed a good choice~ You can soak in hot springs, children have to play, adults can rest, one-stop arrangements are arranged!

XXiaolianThis newly opened hot spring hotel boasts brand new facilities and is clean and hygienic. The front desk manager was very friendly and proactive in explaining the hotel's amenities. The complimentary mountain spring water was delicious, and she was a great salesperson. I ultimately paid for an upgrade. The deluxe king room was indeed much more spacious than the average room and included a large tea table. The private hot springs were quick to dispense, and the temperature could be adjusted. There's a café downstairs, where you can order food via a mini-program and have it delivered to your room. There are restaurants within a short walk or two. The parking lot is still under construction, so you can only park on the roadside near the hotel. The pool was clean and warm, perfect for playing in the water. I saw them running fresh water to clean the pool the morning I checked out. Overall, I was very satisfied, but the breakfast could be improved.

After we complained, they immediately changed us to another room on the 2nd floor. After the room change, the showerhead started leaking. We informed the front desk, and they replied that the engineering department didn't have a spare showerhead. Clearly, they lacked flexibility. We then informed the manager, who immediately offered to replace the showerhead in another unoccupied room. The manager is indeed a manager; they know how to solve problems flexibly. Commendable! All the staff were generally polite. However, the room cleanliness was truly poor. I have nasal allergies, and I was sneezing non-stop as soon as I entered the room. Standards need to be raised. But the hot spring water was truly exceptional. I couldn't soak in it due to illness, but the shower water was also hot spring water, and even showering felt like experiencing the power of the hot spring. Moreover, the hotel doesn't limit the number of pools; we can soak as many times a day as we want.
