The room was well-appointed, with large floor-to-ceiling windows offering stunning views. The wooden decor was luxurious, and the bed was soft and comfortable, clean and tidy. The room also had a private hot spring bath, and the cleanliness was excellent.
The B&B host was very friendly and helpful.

Although the tent bathroom is simpler, it is much more convenient than the camping I have lived in without a separate bathroom. The boss repeatedly emphasized to me that this is a tent, not a wooden house. I said ”I know” in my weak heart. I originally wanted to live in a tent, but the tent here can be equipped with a large hot spring pool. I have never seen it elsewhere. The sanitation inside is quite clean. The night view is very good for taking pictures and punching in. The sound quality in the room is very good, the bubble hot spring is very comfortable, and I will come again.

2. My complaint is about the breakfast. For a hotel costing over 1000 yuan, the breakfast environment is like eating in a canteen with a group of hotel owners. After eating, you have to take your own plates and clean up, which is unacceptable.
Of course, the overall environment of the complex is quite comfortable and pleasant, and the hot springs are right downstairs, which is convenient.

Last weekend, I took my children with my girlfriends for one night. When I came back, the children were still talking. The adults also felt relaxed and had planned to go again next time.
The parent-child facilities here are well done, and there are a lot of things for children to play: there are large slides, children's playgrounds (there are Bobo pools and many toys inside), and there are sand pools outdoors. Even the sand digging tools are ready, especially worry-free. The hot spring pool is also suitable for children to play in the water. The homestay provides a swimming ring. The private soup pool in the room can see the mountain view, which is very comfortable.
Adults will not be bored here. There are KTV private rooms and automatic mahjong machines, and the equipment is relatively new. My girlfriend and I went to the SPA and drank tea in the tea room. I felt that the whole person was slow. The design of the whole homestay is tasteful, and many corners are very good-looking and can produce films.
What makes me feel very good is that many details are done with care: the paintings and carpets on the wall should be specially customized, warm reminders can be seen everywhere, the facilities are clean, and the mother and baby supplies are quite complete.
The homestay is in Heyuan, driving from Guangzhou/Shenzhen for about 2 hours, and the transportation is convenient. If you want to take your baby out to relax on weekends, this is indeed a good choice~ You can soak in hot springs, children have to play, adults can rest, one-stop arrangements are arranged!

After we complained, they immediately changed us to another room on the 2nd floor. After the room change, the showerhead started leaking. We informed the front desk, and they replied that the engineering department didn't have a spare showerhead. Clearly, they lacked flexibility. We then informed the manager, who immediately offered to replace the showerhead in another unoccupied room. The manager is indeed a manager; they know how to solve problems flexibly. Commendable! All the staff were generally polite. However, the room cleanliness was truly poor. I have nasal allergies, and I was sneezing non-stop as soon as I entered the room. Standards need to be raised. But the hot spring water was truly exceptional. I couldn't soak in it due to illness, but the shower water was also hot spring water, and even showering felt like experiencing the power of the hot spring. Moreover, the hotel doesn't limit the number of pools; we can soak as many times a day as we want.

GGuest UserThe hotel is very new, and what really impressed us was the onsen bathing facilities right in the room. The water fills and drains quickly, allowing you to fill the room whenever you want, without having to drain it early.
The TV in the room is awkwardly positioned; you can't see it while soaking, and even when enjoying tea at the large tea table, you have to twist your head to watch it. Adding a TV near the tea table and the hot springs would be perfect.
The hotel only opened this year (2025), and the front desk staff are still in training, but they were very friendly, helping make coffee, recommending nearby restaurants, and more. Thank you.
