以前住過還行，隔了一年多再去住，真的差的**，早餐都是冷的，品種很少，服務很差，房間的浴缸放不出熱水，搞了很多，半夜換了房間，而且沒有暖氣，當時變天天氣超級冷，餐廳也沒有空調，總之體驗感差了不是一點點

酒店很貼心，因為雷暴滯留萬綠湖了也沒和我們計較退房時間，入住有水果住，整個配套都很齊全，一家五口出門很ok。

入住時候床罩枕頭套沒換，有一股異味，住三晚，第二天叫阿姨換被套，態度非常有問題，打掃衛生隨便，第二次入住，這次體驗非常差，望改進。
