I was unhappy from the beginning of my stay. The front desk actually asked me to cancel my order and gave me a better price. I was rejected. After checking in, the ventilation in the room was not smooth and there was a smell from time to time. When I came back in the evening, I didn’t have the energy to change rooms. There is no internal phone line in the room. If you need service, you need to call the mobile phone number provided by the front desk. As a result, no one answered the phone when I needed tissues the next morning. The service is terrible, and such a good place is wasted. I will never come again, nor will I recommend friends to come.

態度極差，前台説你不滿就住喜來登去。給的房間密碼也是錯誤，大半夜我們是晚到了倒不至於這樣。以及酒店房間沒熱水，按服務員説的等也沒有，由於前台要打人的架勢，以至於不敢再找他們反饋熱水問題，導致全家人花錢去附近温泉店洗澡。這樣的酒店千萬別住

訂的湖景房，去到説沒有了，説我們原本訂的湖景房漲價到上千元了，攜程沒及時變更，所以要麼退款退房，要麼接受調到山景房，我問山景房退差價嗎？説沒有差價，因為山景房也漲價了。這種酒店和攜程調價操作上的不同步失誤，讓客户承擔後果有點不合適吧。説好的山景房其實是面對籃球場，房間衞生也一般。

酒店的入口位有點狹窄 挺隱蔽一個電梯位子 房間裏有麻將桌有冰箱有電視化粧桌 設備櫃這方面還是比較齊全 衞生就一般般 景區停車都要收費10塊錢24小時
