Great location on the ocean, clean beach and very hospitable hosts. A small cozy hotel with 4 rooms in a quiet place, there are many cafes with good food nearby, 5 minutes by tuk-tuk to the center of Hikkaduwa and at the same time clean and calm! Great breakfast by the ocean and sunset view. Thank you Indy and Nadisha!!! Wait in a year and not for two nights, but much longer.

Отдыхали в отеле в начале января 2022. Остались всем очень довольны! Рекомендуем! Отель небольшой, все очень уютно,по-домашнему! Прекрасное месторасположение. До пляжа Хиккадува примерно 3 км, для любителей побыть в тишине и покое, а также прогуляться вдоль океана - идеально! Отель прямо на берегу океана. Свой частный пляж, народу никого. Вкуснейшие завтраки! Горячая вода в душе! Приветливые и доброжелательные хозяева Инди и Надиша! Им отдельное спасибо за крутой отдых!

On arrival in Colombo was met by the driver,as arranged by the property,great start! On reaching "Oriental Rest" was greeted with a welcome drink by the very hospitable hosts, and owners Indi and Nadeesha. I was shown my room,immaculately clean with a fan,air con and a small fridge. Breakfast is the best,a large selection of fresh fruits,followed by eggs of your choice,toast,yoghurt and honey with tea or coffee.A typical Sri Lankan breakfast is also available. The location is perfect,on the beach,quiet and peaceful. Hikaduwa town is a short distance away if you want busy bars and restaurants. There are also beach restaurants a short walk away. Indi can arrange any travel plans including tours and taxis. He can even arrange sea fishing with a local experienced fisherman.Fully equippted boat with tackle ,life jackets etc. With your catch of the day,he will arrange a beach barbeque. For a small supplement will cook the fish and serve with rice and fresh vegetables, a great experience. We had such a woderful stay,have booked agin for September Steve and Mette(London)
