Service was lovely and excellent! They even prepared a small gift for me as my birthday present. Can see the Hikone Castle from the hotel. Will definitely stay here again when we are back to Hikone!

The hotel is in a good location, and it only takes more than ten minutes to walk to the train station. It is close to Hikone Castle and is very convenient for visiting.
The staff are polite, professional, and willing to help guests. Not every employee can communicate in English, but simple communication is no problem.
Although the hotel lobby looks luxurious, the rooms and bedding are really not good. It feels a bit old-fashioned.

I love this hotel. The room is small but clean. After soaking in the hot spring, I sat on the second-floor terrace, drank apple juice from the water bar, and watched Hikone Castle under the moon. There are free drinks (beer, juice and coffee) when you come out of the hot spring. That place is quite cozy. There is a car to Hikone Station at 9, 10, and 11 am every day. The breakfast is quite rich, the tempura is freshly fried, and the curry is also made by yourself and tastes very good, but the miso soup is as salty as other places. Let me talk about a few problems, which are actually hardware design: 1. There is an alarm clock at the head of the bed, which is very close to the pillow and is on at night, which affects my sleep. I can only use the pillow to block it; 2. The light switch in the bathroom is on the other side of the door, which is very inconvenient. Apart from that, there is nothing else.
