It is very close to the airport, and it takes about an hour to and from central London. The bus stops near the hotel, which is very convenient. The service staff are very friendly and the hotel is very clean.

It's pretty good. It's close to the airport and our flight was late. They even delayed check-out until one o'clock. They also taught us how to take the bus and printed out the subway map for us. It was very nice.

Location was close to bus stop — which was super convenient for getting to terminal 2 and 3. Quiet room was still quite close to runway so if you are a sound sleeper it is fine.

Clean, convenient and staff were very friendly. Nice breakfast, lots of options . Dinner at the restaurant was nice too. The chicken biryani’ were halal too. Nice view of the runway from our room. Another plus. Easy access to terminal 2, 3, and 5 . The hoppa buses were very handy . Definitely recommend it .

2nd time we've stayed here the night before a flight and overall very satisfied. The rooms are clean and well equipped and the beds are large and very comfortable. Less than 10 minutes by Uber to T3 and very short walk away from a decent pub. Only complaint is that we parked outside the entrance briefly while we checked in and got lumped with a £5 parking fee which is not made clear by any signs. We tried to question this at the desk but the staff's first language was not English and they didn't understand our query.

I booked this hotel for my wife and children. The feedback was pretty good. It is said that the service is very warm and gentlemanly. Anyway, European hotels are definitely not comparable to Asian hotels in other aspects. If you are young, please be smaller. If you are old, be older. It is quite good.
