"Everything was okay except the breakfasts, we stayed 2 nights & on both occasions the coffee machine was serving the coffee cold. I ended up having tea on both days. Also the hot food was not kept topped up, ie: eggs had to be waited for whilst the food on the plate went cold. I know of one woman who complained & was refunded for cold food & no coffee. The cost for breakfast is now £13.99, service at this price should be a whole lot better. Not recommended."

"Coming back from London, my daughter dropped me off. Since my flight was at 10 PM, and I was worried about her being out too late, I booked a single room inside Heathrow Terminal 4. The room exceeded my expectations; it wasn't cramped at all and felt spacious. The bathroom even had a bathtub. You needed a key card to access the floor, which made me feel safe and secure. The hotel is directly connected to the terminal by a walkway, so no need to go outside – very convenient. There's also a subway that connects to Terminals 2, 3, and 5. The hotel breakfast was a full English. For an overnight layover or a late-night flight, this hotel is an excellent choice."

"The room I booked was supposed to be a brand new suite, but it wasn't. It was completely different to the picture I was sent. The bed was nice and comfortable. Luckily I took some tea bags and milk with me, as only 2 tea bags were there!!. I went down for dinner and had a yummy steak and ale pie. Got up, had a shower and packed ready for the bus to the airport. Got the bus ok, and got to the airport in plenty of time."

"The front desk service was decent. It's close to Heathrow Airport, but the surrounding amenities are not great. Luckily, there's an in-house restaurant, and their pizza and salad for dinner were delicious and reasonably priced!"

"I recently stayed at the Radisson Heathrow and had a generally positive experience, though there were a few areas that could be improved. One of the standout aspects of the hotel is its overall atmosphere. The lobby is modern, stylish, and creates a great first impression. I also appreciated the check-in technology, which made the arrival process smooth and efficient. However, I did find the cleanliness of the room to be somewhat disappointing. It wasn’t to a level that caused major concern, but it also didn’t meet the expectations I would have for a four-star hotel. A bit more attention to detail in this area would make a noticeable difference. I was also frustrated to find that the steam room, which had been advertised as an available facility, was not in use during my stay. There was no prior communication about this, which was disappointing as it was something I was looking forward to using. Overall, the hotel has a lot of potential and offers a great first impression, but improvements in room cleanliness and better communication regarding unavailable amenities would significantly enhance the guest experience."

"Good for a short and sweet stay. Serves the purpose. Value for money. Could hear a lot of noise in my room until late night midnight, but can't complain as I am not sure it was the hotel guests or Brunel university students, so I will give it a benefit of doubt."

"The hotel was conveniently located to meet my partner as she had driven and I had flown into Heathrow. I had searched for a hotel with parking, Sauna and breakfast! Great I thought when Radisson was in the list of hotels with my criteria, disappointingly I was met with an additional £20 charge for parking my vehicle however my partner who had been at a conference in a nearby hotel had parking included for 24 hours."

"The rooms are functional and clean, as is the bathroom. The Meal Deals are typical for Premier Inn. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful, and typically English. Dinner was superb. The food was hot and delicious. Saver options for drinks are also available here. The staff were nice and courteous. Although it's right by Heathrow Airport, you don't hear any aircraft noise in the rooms. There's a bus stop right in front of the hotel to get to Terminal 5 via the 423 or the slightly more expensive Hotel Hoppa. For those on a tighter budget, there's a McDonald's next door."
