L'un des réceptionnistes parle bien français et nous avons pu échanger avec lui sans problème. L'espace spa / sauna est identique pour les hommes et les femmes mais est différencié en fonction de l'heure : 1 créneau homme et 1 créneau femme le matin et le soir.

Wasn’t bad for one night on short notice to photograph Himeji but room was small and uncomfortable for two and desk hassled over asking for a second key card.

宿泊していないので不明ですが、日程間違いでキャンセル時にTrip運営へ問い合わせても代理店側からキャンセルできないと断られてしまいました。
キャンセルに関してホテルへ伝わっているか不透明だったので今回は低評価とさせて頂きました。
自身の間違いが悪いことは重々承知してますが気持ち的にはいいものではないですね。。。
ホテルには機会があれば宿泊してみたいと思っていますが、皆さんも日程間違いはお気をつけ下さい。
