"We came on a weekend so that could explain the comfortable crowd. Although this was an onsen hotel, extra bath towels if requested were chargeable - strange. If you’re coming by bus from Himeji station, note that you’ll need to drag your luggage up a steep slope. There is a return shuttle bus to a JR station when leaving. Room is comfortable, onsen and dinner were great."

"Apart from the water supply issue in the room, the rest are perfect. The breakfast was good, and the night views from the hotel was spectacular. The water supply in the room was too slow, and I had to go to the public bathroom for brushing teeth. The staff offered to upgrade us to another room, but we don't like the 2 single beds room so we decided to stay in the one King bedroom that we reserved."

There is a convenience store nearby. It takes about 2 minutes to walk. It is very convenient to buy drinks, snacks or daily necessities.
