Hotel Monterey Himeji
"Stayed in this chain of hotels before. As usual, service is impeccable. Monterey Himeji is ideally located, near train station, shopping and food joints. It is also quite close to Himeji castle as well. For those who drive, there is a private car park and there are staff stationed to help direct parking. Although the hotel is connected to the adjacent shopping mall, security and privacy is good - away from the hustle and bustle of crowds."
Daiwa Roynet Hotel Himeji
"Great service and location. Highly recommended!"
Richmond Hotel Himeji
"Quiet location but still only minutes from station and shops. We stayed for an extended period as visiting family and Stayed in a twin room which is a very good size. Plenty of room to ‘live’ . Staff were all extremely friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was very good, great choices and all very fresh. The breakfast area being used as a ‘lounge’ with free drinks from 2-8pm was very useful. Cannot speak highly enough of our stay. One very minor thing, is that there is no room safe so if you feel the need to lock valuables away they have to be deposited with reception. Would highly recommend Richmond Hotel."
Hotel Nikko Himeji
"Luxury hotel. Very convenient when it comes to transportation. Neat and the staffs are polite."
Himeji Castle Grandvrio Hotel
"Car parks are off-site and space is small. The room is tiny, the good side is the free hot spring provided."
Himeji Ekimae Universal Hotel minamiguchi
"The hotel is located near the station, it's then possible that you could hear the sound of trains pass by. Room was clean, size is ok for a solo. There're 2 options for dinner and you can choose when getting a coupon at the reception"
Dormy Inn Himeji Natural Hot Spring
"If you have been to any Dormy Inn, you've seen them all. Nice onsen on the top floor, free ice cream and ramen are the standouts. The room was clean but quite small."
KOKO HOTEL Himeji Castle(formerly Hotel Wing Himeji)
"Very good breakfast buffet. Clean but no room to room phone. Also no water provided or ice machine."
HOTEL LiVEMAX PREMIUM Himejieki-Minami
"For the price point, its a value for money hotel. One thing to note, you need to pay an onsen tax when you are checking-in. (Hotels in Japan equiped with this facilities are all required to collect a small tax of 150 yen per pax)"

Yumenoian Yuyakekoyake
"After spending a few days playing golf at a house just beyond Yumesaki in Osaka, my husband and I visited Yuyake Koyake several times before heading back to Osaka. It used to be a relaxing place to stay, but last year on my birthday I had a sad experience of how awful it was. The fridge in my room was empty of the drinks that had been there before, so I had to go to a different floor to get my own drink (bottled beer). Even though I chose "quality over quantity" for dinner, it was not tasty. When I returned to my room, there was no beer in the fridge either, so I drank the shochu I had ordered for dinner. Even though I ordered beer from the room, they didn't bring it to me, so I spent my birthday feeling rather bad, couldn't sleep, and left early the next morning without eating breakfast. I will never again visit Yuyake Koyake, which has become a business hotel."
Hotel Aston Plaza Himeji
"We were able to accommodate an early morning check-out."
Hotel Sunshine Aoyama
"It's quiet and nice."
Toyoko Inn Himeji-Eki Shinkansen Kita-Guchi
"Best location with best service, really recommend people live in here"
Hotel Crown Hills Himeji
"Location wise and facility wise is good but the cleanliness inside hotel rooms and lobby is not so great. I would personally not stay here for more than 3 days if given an option. They have free dinner which is a positive point."
Yumoto Ueyama Ryokan
"Excellent ryokan, kaiseke dinner was delicious, good service. I really liked the onsen outside. There is a transfer from the train station, but you need to write or call the hotel in advance."
WholeHouse Himeji
"The air conditioning didn't work very well and it was a little cold. Other than that, the place was clean, spacious and very nice. Himeji Castle is nearby, so it's a bit of a walk, but it was great to be able to see the night illuminations."
Toyoko Inn Himeji Eki Shinkansen Minami Guchi
"Loved my stay here! So close to the Akira JR station and literally connected to it! There are numerous shops; eateries and a shopping mall zithin just a fez minutes walk. I liked my stay here"
One Hostel&Standing Bar
"I’ve been travelling Japan for a few weeks now This has easily been the best hostel I’ve stayed at Beds are comfortable showers really good Location is literally a 3 minute walk from Himeji castle And staff are incredibly friendly If I come back to Himeji this is the spot I’m staying"
Setre Highland Villa Himeji
"The cleaning was completely inadequate and the place was dirty. I booked a day-use plan that included lunch and access to the public bath. The lunch was good in both taste and quantity, and I was satisfied. If I had to nitpick, it would have been nice if they had brought the steamed lunch with the lid on so it was still piping hot. The bottom tier of the two-tiered steamer was warm, but the top tier was closed off to the outside air, which was a shame. And the public bath was the worst. From the moment I entered the hotel, I thought that although the facilities had been renovated and new, there was a somewhat grimy atmosphere. There were clumps of dust in the corner of the lobby, dust accumulated on the shelves, the artificial flowers on display were faded, and there was a thin layer of dust on the tables in the restaurant. I also used the toilet, and there was black dust accumulated in the sink. Paper towels were provided, but the automatic trash can next to them was not powered on, so I had to open the lid manually. However, the public bath was the worst. There was a sign that guests could use it until 10am, but I went after lunch just before 1pm. The first thing that caught my eye upon entering was a used hairdryer carelessly left lying around, with hair scattered underneath. There was a water dispenser in the changing room, but a paper cup was lying on the floor underneath it. I thought to myself, "Hmm," as I entered the bathroom, only to find black mold stains on the walls of the bathtub, and a thick layer of white limescale and mineral deposits on the washbasin and chair. And, as people often describe the grime in washing machines as "slimy seaweed," that seaweed-like substance was covering the edge of the bathtub. It wouldn't look like that if they hadn't cleaned it for a day or two. How long has it been since they last cleaned this place? Of course, I had no desire to get into such a bathtub, and I got out immediately. I had also been interested in the barrel sauna, but given the state of the main bath, I can imagine what it's like. I definitely don't want to use it..."
SUN garden
"This time I came to SUN Garden for a trip to Sulu City. The overall accommodation experience was very good and really left a great memory. The room was very clean and tidy, the space was more spacious than expected, and it was very comfortable to live in. The room equipment is very complete and the basic daily necessities are ready. The check-in process was also very smooth, and the landlord's instructions were very clear, which made people feel at ease. The environment of the homestay is very quiet and suitable for relaxing on vacation. There is also karaoke equipment in the room. Everyone sings together at night. Adults and children have a great time and the atmosphere is very lively. There is also a game room in the homestay. There are many games that can be played together. Children especially like it. Adults can also participate together. It is very suitable for families or friends to stay together. In addition, the location of the homestay is also very convenient. There is a convenience store nearby. It takes about 2 minutes to walk. It is very convenient to buy drinks, snacks or daily necessities. If you are driving to Himeji, it is also recommended to live here. It is very fast to drive to various attractions in the city and the traffic is very convenient. Fireworks can also be set off in the courtyard at night, and everyone has a travel atmosphere to play with fireworks. The environment here is quiet, and you can see the starry sky when you look up at night. It feels very relaxing and feels like a holiday. There are also Chinese TV channels in the room, which is very convenient for overseas travelers. You can watch familiar programs and feel like at home. Overall, this is a well-equipped, comfortable and full of entertainment facilities, whether it is family travel, friends gathering or bringing children to play. Everyone lived very happily and left a lot of good memories. If you come to Himeji next time, you will definitely choose to stay again and recommend it to friends."
