Amazing
KKatsunoriAlthough it is located far from the city, there are several convenience stores and restaurants nearby so it is not inconvenient.
The parking lot is spacious and the rooms are clean.
GGuest UserGreat value for money, and the service was excellent. The self-service check-in and check-out were very convenient. The hotel provides amenities like a microwave, coffee machine, and ice maker, along with various free toiletries and bath salts. They offer complimentary drinks and snacks in the evenings, which I unfortunately missed because I always returned too late. If you opt out of room cleaning, they still provide fresh towels and complimentary bottled water, which is a nice touch. The hotel is only about a five-minute walk from Himeji Station, and there are many delicious restaurants along the way. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I'd definitely choose it again and recommend it to everyone.
LLiuqiuTake the north exit of Himeji Station and walk for five minutes to get there. However, some rooms are close to the railway and very close to the Sanyo Department Store. Shopping is very convenient and the price/performance ratio is relatively high.
YY_baeThe sixth time I came to Japan, I have lived in Toyoko several times. The service attitude of this front desk is the worst I have ever seen in Japan! Worse than some domestic front desks, even it is not a problem of service or service, it is completely rude!
Other than that, there is no problem, very clean, and the location is convenient.
MMr.HouThis is a highly recommended hot spring hotel. The rooms are spacious and tidy, with elegant decor and a strong Japanese ambiance that allows you to completely relax. I particularly loved their open-air hot spring, which offers expansive views where you can soak while enjoying the natural scenery – it's incredibly healing. The staff are friendly and attentive, and the breakfast is delicious and varied. The overall experience was excellent; I will definitely stay here again next time.
IIrene SheApart from the water supply issue in the room, the rest are perfect. The breakfast was good, and the night views from the hotel was spectacular. The water supply in the room was too slow, and I had to go to the public bathroom for brushing teeth. The staff offered to upgrade us to another room, but we don't like the 2 single beds room so we decided to stay in the one King bedroom that we reserved.
GGuest UserI stayed at Plus One.
The only disappointing thing was that there was hair in the drain in the bathroom, but the room was clean, the food was delicious, and bathing in the large public bath was very pleasant.
I would like to stay again.
JJonathan Tak ShingMy wife and I stayed at a Japanese-Style Room with Japanese Cypress Open-Air Bath on the Terrace. The hotel has English speaking staff who was very friendly and helpful. The dinner and breakfast were amazing, and the servers Mr Shiraiwa and Ms Yamaguchi provided excellent services. This is one of the best onsen ryokans we have experienced, and we look forward to returning.
