Facilities I rated as 3 because: What was available was very good. Resturant was not operating for dinner. Bar was open for a very limited time. I think this might be a hang over from Covid and trouble getting staff like everywhere.

It is said that there was no slipper before, but I brought it, but the slipper was placed ． Also, iron and microwave are permanently installed in the room ． both are not used ． Other than that, kettle, mug cup, There is also a glass cup, but there is no tea or coffee．Convenience store is a bit far．However, there are many places to eat around．The view from the room is good, It was a room facing the river ． the room is a bit small ． cleaning was clean ． I can't hear the sound around ． However, since there is only staff from 8 am, I wanted to leave my luggage early in the morning, but I couldn't. The breakfast is very good, with a wide variety of options, including live-fried steaks and Hiroshima specialty conger eels. Sometimes it is soft and tender steamed conger eels; sometimes it is crispy conger eel tempura. You can enjoy it as soon as you open your eyes! Most of the hotel guests are European and American tourists. Although the restaurant is crowded, it is not noisy. The gym is free to use, but you need to go to the front desk to get a door card. Compared with the spacious gyms in domestic hotels, the gyms in Japanese hotels are mostly too compact, and the equipment is almost seamlessly connected. Although there are IHG InterContinental Hotel member logos everywhere in the hotel, no matter what star rating, there is no trea**ent here, neither room upgrades nor executive lounge access.

I used it because the breakfast evaluation was high. As the reputation is, the breakfast was large and I couldn't see it in business food, so I thought it was handmade one by one. It was delicious. I wanted to eat all kinds, but I couldn't laugh The hotel itself is old, but the building and the room are beautiful. It was good because there was an air cleaner (with humidifier function) and the air conditioning could be adjusted for each room. However, it is better not to expect the view from the window because it is in the city. The room I stayed in was only able to see the emergency stairs and outdoor machines between the buildings when I opened the window. There is a large bath (artificial hot spring). Women recommend bringing small things and changing clothes in the room because there is no bag. You can go to the public bath with roomwear and slippers, but you may be able to see through because the dough is thin. Basic cosmetics are only one in the dressing room. It is better to bring this because it is not placed in 々 in the place where the body is washed. There are many convenience stores and restaurants around the hotel.

Perfect location for the main sights of Hiroshima - we walked to them all from the hotel but if you want to get the loop bus, there’s a bus stop right outside the hotel. Room was well sized and very clean and comfortable although probably a little dated. The view was our room was very special though! A final bonus, a free happy hour for guests on the top floor! Staff were all really friendly :) I would stay here again.

PROS: Unbeatable central location in Hiroshima with large, clean rooms and great views of the city. The rooms were reasonably priced. CONS: This hotel is extremely dated and ultimately this impacted on the comfort of our stay - neither of us slept well on any night due to very old bed/pillows. They were also strict about their 15.00 check in time (seemingly regardless of whether our room was ready or not). This led to unnecessary queues from 15.00 onwards. Overall, would book elsewhere if staying again for more than 1 night in Hiroshima.

The Hilton Hiroshima is a brand new hotel and we really enjoyed the design, spaciousness, and the breakfast. The lobby is beautiful and welcoming, and has all the facilities of a 5 star hotel. The staffs speak fluent English so there no problem in communication. We had a spacious room with king bed, with also plenty of space for a round table. The bathroom was also very big and beautifully designed. The best part of our stay was definitely breakfast, and I would highly recommend it to anyone staying at this hotel. It was a luxury buffet breakfast with over 100 choices of food in Japanese and international styles, including hot food such as udon and soba which were cooked per your request. Parking at the hotel costs 2500 yen per night for guests staying at the hotel. There may be cheaper options nearby as there are a lot of parking in Hiroshima.

I'd say the nicest hotel I've stayed in during my two weeks in Japan. The hotel is a 10min walk from the station. Rooms are comfortable and have enough room for luggage. On my last night I wanted to take advantage of the onsen. Two of the younger members of staff were hesitant to allow me access. They brought to my attention the on-site rules which highlight that it would be unsuitable for people with tattoos (I have several large visible ones) to use the onsen. I do not remember this being highlighted on the trip.com website, otherwise I would not have booked. However another female member of staff (presumably the manager) intervened and stated because I was from overseas it should not be a problem. I really did enjoy my time using the spring baths. ¥150 well spent. Thanks again to her 😊

If you stay at a business hotel with three families, there are many places to add extra beds to the twin room, but this hotel has an adjacent twin room and a double room in the room connectivity There was a connecting room connected by the gingdoor, so it was very comfortable to stay with family 3 people. The bathroom used a large twin room and the toilet used both. Breakfast buffet was not luxurious, but it was a good content for the price. The hotel parking lot is on the 4th floor ～ 8th floor of EKI City Hiroshima opposite the hotel. Going to 1F by B elevator from the parking lot and going out in front of the hotel. Parking fee is 1,200 yen per night and will be paid at the hotel front desk at check-in. It is not a luxurious hotel, but it is located in a good location to access the station, there is also a parking lot, and the accommodation fee and breakfast fee were cheap, and it was able to stay in a clean and relaxing room. I thought it was a very good hotel considering the cost performance.

GGuest UserWe arrived in Hiroshima by train and this hotel is super close to the train station so it was super easy to get to and from here with literally a 5 minute walk. It looks like the area has been redeveloped a bit so there's a bunch of good restaurants around the hotel. There is also a tram stop right around the corner so even though it's location is a bit far from all the sightseeing in the city you can get there easily by just hopping on one of the cool streetcars. The room itself is on the small side but the bed was super comfy. Shared bathrooms and toilets were clean most of the time and pretty spacious too. The downstairs common room and kitchen is great, there's so many kitchen appliances and utensils to use which was great. There's a bunch of manga books and boardgames too for some entertainment. The room could do with a few hooks to hang up stuff on the wall. Since the room is really small and there's no space for anything other than the bed and the tiny table with a stool it'd be a great solution to add some sort of storage for things like coats and bags etc. Unfortunately the cafe was closed when we were there so haven't been able to try this.

GGuest UserConvenient.. just next to JR station. Walkable distance, within 3 mins. Perfect location if you are bringing a huge suitcase with you. Staff can speak English, don’t have to worry about communicating. Food are great too in the hotel, and many good restaurants at the JR station. Overall is clean, just the hotel maybe some ages.

GGuest UserIt is a modern hotel with a rebranded feeling. The interior is also renovated beautifully, but I was also worried that it was sacrificed by several concept priorities. The front desk is on the top floor, but there are few elevators, so people who go to the front desk and people who go to the room are always waiting. There is no front desk staff in the midnight zone, and when I checked out at AM5 to catch an early morning flight, there is no key recovery box that I heard that it was installed in 1F, and it is wasted to the front desk on the top floor and back in the back I was excused by the sleeping staff who would have been sleeping, and I couldn't feel it from the morning. 1F is a fashionable Italian restaurant, and there are many uses other than hotel users, but there is no accommodation privilege, and there are a large number of insects in the plant near the open table outside.

GGuest UserA really nice modern hotel with clean and stylish rooms although rather compact. Breakfast had a nice selection of Japanese and Western options. The Riverside cafe was still closed following Covid however the hotel is a short walk to Hiroshima Train Station which has a wonderful food hall and there's a Family Mart down the street. Shukkeien Gardens is close by and worth a visit. Service and staff great. Will definitely stay here again.

GGuest UserI stayed with my husband and my four year old unstoppable son. This very family-friendly yet upper-middle business hotel truly accommodates every needs of any travelers. They offer free drinks and snacks almost all day long, even a glass of sparkling wine - what a pleasant surprise! Definitely recommend to book a room with breakfast, the choices are amazing and you never get bored if you stay a couple of nights. I found a gem and joined membership to come back soon.

カカズヤtripThere are Hiroshima Okonomiyaki restaurants near the hotel, and the Atomic Bomb Dome area is less than a 20-minute walk away, and the tram station is also nearby, making it great for walking around town. The bed making in the room was clean, and the bed was neither too hard nor too soft, which is subjective, but it was a well-balanced bed. It was a little disappointing that paper waste was left in the bathroom. The hotel reception staff are generally young. When I entered the entrance, the three front desk staff remained seated. The service was very casual, and there was no Wi-Fi information, but I discovered it by turning on the TV. There was also a return box for the room card, so it didn't take long to check in. Breakfast bread and coffee were prepared at the 1st floor entrance, and I liked that the bread was packed in three bags. (Photos 1 and 2) thank you very much.

DDararithIn unit laundry is absolutely amazing. Can pick up some detergent at a 7-11 or FamilyMart next to the hotel for a couple hundred yen that can last you quite awhile compared to the coin ops that easily takes more. Only downside is the full room makeup is done for a charge and that there are a lot of stains on the couch which is very off-putting. The room is smaller than what the picture shows, but thoughtfully laid out carefully with all of the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Location is excellent near the famed Nagarekawa where there is a lot of dining and entertainment. Also a short walking distance to Hondori Shopping Street and the A-bomb dome.

The location was great, not far from the Peace Memorial and Peace Blvd. Price wise, it was cheaper then other hotels in the area. I checked in and the employees were very friendly and spoke a little English. I got free beverages and could not have been happier. The rooms were pretty spacious and very clean. I thought the bed was comfy as were the pillows. The bathroom was nice, no complaints with the room. The breakfast due to covid is no longer a buffet, instead they prepare trays for you. The food was good and plentiful. I had a great experience here and would stay here again if I find myself in Hiroshima.

GGuest UserGreat location close to peace park. Comfortable western style rooms. Very central location and good price for what you get. If you are looking for a nice comfortable hotel this is a great pic. It is close to bus route as well. 7/11 right downstairs and restaurants nearby.

AAnonymous UserThe price is really cheap, 10 minutes walk from Yokogawa Station. Downstairs is 711 for the whole family. Attractions are not afraid of trouble to walk for 10 minutes to the city center. The disadvantage is that there is no curtain in this room, the hotel does not have an elevator, in fact, it is a hotel converted into an apartment in Japan, and the water flow in the bath is so small. Check-in is basically self-service, stayed for 3 days, except to see the young lady who cleaned in the morning, did not see anyone at the front desk. If you save money, you can consider living, health is justified, and the residential areas next to it are quiet.
