The Sheraton Grand Hiroshima Hotel delivers from beginning to end regarding service and location. I had the chance to stay one night in early June before heading next morning to Okunoshima, and it was highly worth it. Next to Hiroshima Station, this location is a must. In addition, the quality of service provided by each member, either at the front desk or Club Lounge, was excellent. Daisuke in the Club Lounge was helpful and went above and beyond to assist during my stay. Regarding the room, I highly recommend booking a Club Level room or suite. The panoramic views of Hiroshima are amazing, but the room is exceptionally comfortable. I had the chance to stay in a suite, approximately 750 sq. ft., which was quite comfortable, especially the bed. The bathroom was spacious, and the bathtub was worth it after a long day or walk in the city. I also recommend the spa facilities in the hotel. If you pay around 1,650 Yen, you can use the pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, and cold bath. This is a great activity to relax and disconnect from reality fully. I enjoyed my time there and would return if I had the chance. Overall, it was a great stay, and thankful for the generosity and excellent customer service provided by the team in this hotel.

The Hilton Hiroshima is a brand new hotel and we really enjoyed the design, spaciousness, and the breakfast. The lobby is beautiful and welcoming, and has all the facilities of a 5 star hotel. The staffs speak fluent English so there no problem in communication. We had a spacious room with king bed, with also plenty of space for a round table. The bathroom was also very big and beautifully designed. The best part of our stay was definitely breakfast, and I would highly recommend it to anyone staying at this hotel. It was a luxury buffet breakfast with over 100 choices of food in Japanese and international styles, including hot food such as udon and soba which were cooked per your request. Parking at the hotel costs 2500 yen per night for guests staying at the hotel. There may be cheaper options nearby as there are a lot of parking in Hiroshima.

Use on business trip. About 8 minutes from the south exit of Hiroshima Station. It may be hard on rainy days. Maybe it is very beautiful in a new building. I used it alone on weekdays, but it was a very large room with a twin room upgraded. I was grateful that the bathroom was outside the bath and in the room. I used the Green Rich Hotel just next to the Shinkansen exit in front of Hiroshima Station. I chose this hotel for the first time because I went to Hiroshima at 23:30, so I wanted to make a station Chika and a large bath. We arrived in Hiroshima by train and this hotel is super close to the train station so it was super easy to get to and from here with literally a 5 minute walk. It looks like the area has been redeveloped a bit so there's a bunch of good restaurants around the hotel. There is also a tram stop right around the corner so even though it's location is a bit far from all the sightseeing in the city you can get there easily by just hopping on one of the cool streetcars. The room itself is on the small side but the bed was super comfy. Shared bathrooms and toilets were clean most of the time and pretty spacious too. The downstairs common room and kitchen is great, there's so many kitchen appliances and utensils to use which was great. There's a bunch of manga books and boardgames too for some entertainment. The room could do with a few hooks to hang up stuff on the wall. Since the room is really small and there's no space for anything other than the bed and the tiny table with a stool it'd be a great solution to add some sort of storage for things like coats and bags etc. Unfortunately the cafe was closed when we were there so haven't been able to try this.

Sumiya spa and hotel was a great budget hotel and was a nice introduction to Hiroshima. Close to the station and trams, our group of 29 students and adults were also new to using shared facilities, with the showers on the bottom floor, and a shared toilet and basin on each floor were extremely clean. A elevator was very helpful. The use of slippers was a new experience for our students unfortunately there is only one size if you have big feet (size11 to 13) bring your own. There are 2 washing and drying machines so we found you may need to dry your clothes a extra half hour as the recommended time is not enough. The lady desk staff was very helpful and has a great knowledge of English, there is also a prayer room available on the top floor and onsite massage service.
