This review is specifically for the Spa at Falaza Game Lodge. My friend and I came here for a couple of spa treatments. From the moment we walked into the spa everyone was very friendly and made us feel comfortable and welcomed. The spa itself was relaxing and clean. I received a one hour massage and a facial with Unathi. As soon as she was finished with both, I knew I had to write her a review; she did an amazing job! I’ve had massages other places, but this was quite honestly the best! After she finished my facial, my face was glowing and felt so good. My friend also had a one hour massage and a pedicure with Nokwanda, and my friend agreed that it was the best massage and pedicure she’s ever had as well! In fact I even sent my husband a couple of days later for a neck and back massage with Unathi and he said it really helped relieve his back pain. I highly recommend this spa! Well done!

Awesome place to stay . Service and food is world class. Special mention to Steve who took us on tours . Extremely knowledgeable and a great peoples person. Siyandas service is outstanding. always aim to please . 5 stars all round

A special relaxing getaway , we were welcomed with warm friendly staff, Food was delicious, a beautiful peaceful setting. highly recommended. Wish we had a few more nights as would have liked to try out the spa treatments.

Thank you to the team and service provided . Experience was mesmerizing Area of improvement Game drive aspect needs to be improved . The Bush is thick which makes visibility of animals hard ,with that I noticed alot of ticks bitting from the bush . They habe beautiful animals and the concern if the ticks gets worst they will kill off the animals if not managed effectively. Happy with my stay

Lazy days around the pool were interspersed with game drives, elephant encounters and a cheetah experience that was informative and lots of fun. Well worth the visit. Good fun and attentive service were the order of the day

It’s a beautiful venue and the staff are top class. So helpful and welcoming. Our accommodation was fabulous. The excursions offered were very worthwhile and we were also so excited as we saw the Big 5 in the park (Hluhluwe) We will definitely go back!! The spa was also great!!

Our family of four adults and two children spent two incredibly enjoyable nights on 9th and 10th July 2023 at Falaza Game Park and Spa. The open grounds with animals roaming around made us feel expansive and relaxed. With comfortable, clean bedding, the tents were luxurious. The bathroom and the closet were adjacent to the bedroom. Although it was cold in the evenings, the heater kept us reasonably warm and comfortable. The meals at the restaurant were tasty. Four in our group were vegans and the staff catered to their needs and provided excellent tasty meals. Three of us, who enjoyed their pampering services at the spa were entirely satisfied. We also thoroughly enjoyed their guided visit to Hluluwe Imfolozi National Park in the morning. Thank you Falaza for a most enjoyable experience.

Falaza is a beautiful place, the tents are a dream, the views amazing, food is good and the proximity to Hluhluwe is of course very convenient. But what makes it extra special is their amazing team! From reception to restaurant and rangers, they know the true meaning of client service and really go at least TWO extra miles ahead! Congrats Falaza, the quality of your service is one of the best in this country!
