Ho Chi Minh City District 5 5-star Hotels

We are able to check in early, however the room’s window was pathetically small, I understand that it may due to the privacy which is too near to next room’s window but there’s curtain to serve it’s purpose. So after all the automated curtains drawing defeat it’s purpose. We ask for additional bottled water but got rejected and tell us to buy in a sarcastic manner, I understand that it’s the hotel’s policy to give only 1 bottle water per pax each day however the tone of telling us to go buy can be improve. And also the bathtub is quite high, seniors staying there may need to take note. Apart from all these, still had a good stay~ there’s a convenience store right opposite of the hotel which is a plus sign.

This hotel in HCM city Vietnam exceeded expectations. This is cost-effective five-star hotel in Vietnam I am 100% satisfied with this, and I strongly recommend everyone to come and try this super good five-star hotel with high cost performance I think if you come to Vietnam it will be better to choose this hotel than other international five-star hotels, because the price is relatively high. Moreover, the atmosphere of the hotel's French restaurant is very good, the quality of the food is also very good, and the price is very affordable. don't miss it The receptionists namely, Harry , Tu Tien , Trung and **** are the excellent staffs who have served customers with word class service , thank you all of you

It’s worth the price!! Rooftop pool is amazing for the sunset and the sunrise …I fell in love with you Zen Hotel.. I like how they have endless hot water even though I took a bath at room. Because some hotels in Vietnam runs out of hot water if you use too much. And I love the shampoo and body soap they provide!!’

The room is clean. The location is also good. The bad thing is the breakfast, not much varieties. We stayed there for 4 days. The first day we get up early and food were still available even though not variety. The second day, we went for breakfast at 9AM, everything empty only bread and one curry left, I asked for white rice to eat with curry but they mentioned that no more. Then the 3rd day, we went early around 8:15/8:20, also same nothing left even no rice. We really disappointed and the last day we even didnt go for lunch, we just order from Grab.

The hotel is in the heart of the city closed to the main touristic spots. What impressed me the most was the cleaninless of the aisle, It smells like a clinic. Spotless! The breakfast was amazing, wide selection of Asian and western options, they even served the bouche de Noel for Xmas! Really a good experience. The personnel at the front desk was happy to help us, and there was a nice art exhibition held in the lobby too.

Very clean and staff tries to help you anyway they can. The hotel is broken down into three sections , not a rectangular shape hotel, an older hotel, that his head built on additions overtime Breakfast is average and rooms tend to be quite small. What you’re paying for is the location, the inclusive breakfast and the friendliness of the staff. Prices have gone up in Ho Chi Minh City across-the-board over the past 12 months, so it’s difficult to find true bargains anymore.

Tony and Hannah was awesome during the stay! I’ve had enjoyed their breakfast, how welcoming they are and most importantly Tony cooks great scrambled eggs! 🤣 The hotel is extremely clean, house keeping was constantly given. Wide variety of breakfast with juice and water, vending machines which can solve your needs and you could even clean your laundry with their laundromat here. Payments are easy using your room card and no need to carry cash around.

The location of the hotel was close to where i wanna go, so its a plus, although the music and lots of ppl on the street walking by, but its doesnt get to the room, very good sleep… buffet area is kina small, not really comfortable when alot of ppl heading to get buffet at once… food not that hot…. Services not great, staff is jus ok. Its worth a try… definitely thinking of going back here to stay more…

1st Stay: We stayed two nights on our arrival in HCMC and our room was excellent with a window view, a very comfortable bed and pillows and very modern bathroom all with nice amenities, kettle, tea and coffee etc. The Staff at the front counter are so nice and friendly and helpful, always smiling and willing to assist. The breakfast was great with lots of choices of both Eastern and western food. The view from the 11th Floor Restaurant/ Breakfast area is spectacular especially at night when the Dinner cruise ships head up river. The staff at breakfast go out of their way to ensure you are looked after. They are only young kids but look after you so well and make a great Iced Coffee. 2nd Stay: We were so impressed with this hotel we spent out last four nights there again. We opted for a larger room which for the price was exceptional. Massive bathroom, with a bath and glassed in separate shower. Excellent amenities, replaced each day, two air conditioners , one for the bedroom and one for the TV room area. We had two TV's and heaps of space to put or luggage plus two arm chairs and a bench area. Once again the Staff were happy to see us again as we were to see them, all smiles and happy people, Thank You Ms Christina, Ly at the Front desk and all the other wonderful staff. We miss you all!! Our flight was a late night flight so we opted to stay and pay for half a day which was not a problem. We were sorry to leave and if we come back to HCMC will stay again. The location is away from the hustle and bustle near Nguygen Hue St and taxis are cheap to travel around in. We ate lunches and dinners while there and the standard of food was excellent, thanks Chef!! Highly Recommended to Travellers.

Liberty Central Saigon Riverside is a convenient hotel located in Hochimin The location is quite convenient as it is in the hearth of the city's down town. It has a beautiful outdoor swimming pool at the rooftop terrace with excelent views to the river and the city. The hotel offers clean facilities, all the rooms are decorated and equipped with all the toiletries: soap, towels, comb, toothbrushes, shampoo, hairdryer, etc. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The staff are friendly and offers a great service. Breakfast is included and not bad for the average price of the hotel.
