Our holiday was ending- Thailand, followed by Vietnam. Although we had planned to sightsee in Ho Chi Minh, we were both unwell with a cold, so as it turned out, this was the perfect hotel in which to recover. The breakfasts were superb and one could enjoy same until 10.30 am! Phenomenal breakfasts, variety galore and Service. We loved our spacious and comfortable accommodation - well serviced. The pool area was not crowded, but very soothing. A staff member who was often present was very accommodating providing cold drinking water and the odd fruit refreshment. On our last evening, we discovered a shortish walk to a good shopping area & various, lovely restaurants although prior to that, it was easy to enjoy the variety of dishes on the dinner menu at the main hotel restaurant. The clientele were also generally very nice. Not far from the airport. We will return.

My family and I had a lovely experience staying at the hotel. The hotel's proximity to the airport made it an ideal choice for our trip. The restaurant's kids' play area and the painting activity for older children were thoughtful touches that our family appreciated. Exploring the local area, we discovered some restaurants and shops nearby, which was a pleasant bonus. Our room was perfect for a family of four, with comfortable sleeping arrangements for our children. The outdoor pool area was a highlight, complete with a beautifully landscaped green zone. As “luxurious” as it looks its not. Check in took about 45 minutes. As someone who works in the hospitality industry my hotel & many hotels I’ve stayed at have a check in and check out separate line. It was even more disappointing to wait in line to be told to wait when they should have the extra bell men who are waiting around to tell the guest to wait in the lobby instead of waiting in the long line. The receptionist I had didn’t ask how I was no warm greeting she just asked for my passport. It’s already giving me a sour taste. Get to my room it was very clean, the room has some neat tech features I thought were so cool. The room & the roof top pool is the only positive thing I have to say that pool is incredible. I wouldn’t recommend staying on the weekend way too many families with kids & the music is so loud. You can’t really enjoy the pool without kids being loud and peeing in the pool. The food was ok. To be honest if they have a facility day pass I’d do that unless the manager decides to have a meeting with the team to be better to never tell a guess “no” and separate check in lines. Hospitality service 0 Check in 0 Room with balcony was a 10/10 Pool 10/10

We showed up without a reservation and they were able to help us get a room at midnight. Next day we had our family transfer to this hotel from the Sheraton and all agreed it was a huge step up! Rooms were large and clean, staff friendly and helpful! Location was a plus for us, but is a bit further out from the starting area for most tours, but definitely gives you a better idea of the local life! 10/10, will stay here whenever we’re back in town!

If it is just an in-transit hotel you are after this is the one - on a surprisingly quiet square in HCMC. 15 minutes drive from the airport by the hotel's free transfer service. It essentially offers four-star comfort at the price of a middle-class hotel. There is nothing much to see in the neighboring environment. The hotel has a nice pool area to wind down after a long working day. Rooms are smallish but comfortable & double glazed glass making them nice & quiet. are well equipped and offer everything you need, including a well-functioning Internet connection (Wi-Fi). The English speaking staff was friendly and helpful. A shopping mall with restaurants is about 10 minutes walking distance. The room was comfortable and functional, even if the decor is a little dated. I wouldn't choose the place for it's location, but it's a definite yes if you want to be close to the airport and pay a reasonable price

Since it is relatively close to the exhibition, I stayed here quite well. It is a relatively poor accommodation at this price in Southeast Asia. The air conditioner is too noisy and the sound insulation of the room next door is very poor. On the second night, there were rat noises in the ceiling. . . . .

There was problems with the AC in my room, they fixed it right away, unfortunately next morning same problem again. They changed my room and upgraded to a larger room for the inconvenience.
