Inexpensive accommodation, but clean, new building. Wi-Fi and hot water, small balcony. Self-check-in, they sent everything on video, it was easy to find Among the minuses, I would like to note a very hard mattress, and also our room overlooked the entrance, where locals were yelling all night, and in the morning at 5-6 o'clock something like a cafe opens and the music turns on at full blast. I couldn't sleep

Stayed for one night after a flight. Overall a good place for a short stay. The room is very small, but it has everything you need, even a small balcony overlooking the garden. It is possible to leave luggage for storage after check-out. Cons - very hard bed, noise from a busy road, no reception. I recommend contacting the administration in advance so that they can send you a YouTube video with instructions for check-in and door codes.

We stayed for 4 days. The apartments are very well maintained. The only thing is that for a longer stay the room seemed a bit cramped. It is located in a quiet place, which is a definite plus for Ho Chi Minh City, but it is far from the sights

The location is not bad if you take Grab. I was able to do self-check-in easily by providing detailed information. It was nice to have kitchen utensils in the room. Mr. Bar also made a patter with his voice. :)
