The location is excellent, especially with Central Park nearby, which is great for walks – something I really enjoy. Plus, Landmark 81 is close, making shopping and dining very convenient. Tam was an amazing host, the best you could ask for! He was always there when we needed him, super helpful, and the place was absolutely perfect. I’d recommend Tam’s place to anyone!

We loved the clean room and amenities. However, the living room air conditioner didn't work on the last day, so it was a little uncomfortable.

Everything was great, and the rooms were really clean. The host is super friendly, helpful, and has great character. When I forgot the key card at Landmark Plus, I texted him right away. I thought he'd be mad, but nope! He was so responsible—he even booked a Grab to get the key card back without charging me a thing. I'll definitely stay at his place again

The Vinhomes Park apartment is super nice! Central Park is right in front, there are coffee shops and convenience stores around, so it's very convenient. Easy to get a taxi. The space is a bit small but perfect for one. It's also okay for couples or friends. The mattress was very comfortable, so I slept well. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay!

This place is good for tourists who want to get away from the hustle and bustle of District 1. It's about 50,000 VND by taxi to District 1. There are restaurants, convenience stores, cafes and department stores around. The apartment is nice, just needs a good cleaning. There is mold in some places and it is dusty in some areas.
