My stay at The Blue Hotel was a complete disaster. The staff was unfriendly and unprofessional, showing no willingness to assist guests with their luggage. The amenities were extremely disappointing, with dirty bed sheets and a poorly maintained bathroom. The lighting in the bathroom was so dim that it felt like a cave. The staff's attitude and the lackluster amenities made for an unpleasant experience. Look elsewhere for a hotel that values customer service and provides better accommodations.

Reasonable price, clean and enthusiastic staff

The hotel smelled bad as soon as I walked in, the elevator smelled like dead rats, the room smelled like cigarettes. I booked it because I only planned to stay for a few hours waiting for my flight, but it was disgusting.

The service staff is cute and polite; The location near the Center is quite convenient when moving; Reasonable meeting room prices; However, the lights in the bathroom were dark; Water spills onto the floor when showering, making it easy to slip and fall; The door latch or air conditioner remote is damaged and has not been repaired.
