The residence looks older than it looks and looks in the photos. There were no bugs in my room, but whenever I opened the door to the garbage disposal, I always saw cockroaches. It seemed like an apartment with some ups and downs, and the host responded proactively, so I extended the stay. First of all, there was a gym so there was no reason to move as long as the room was clean. Many foreigners use the swimming pool.

有史以來最差的一次攜程訂房體驗，訂的第一個公寓竟然攜程也聯繫不上酒店，後來我們等了大半天時間攜程幫忙找到換到這家！奇葩的是也很費勁的拿到了房卡，我們把行李放到房間然後出去了，晚上回來的時候房間密碼門竟然打不開！讓我對越南的公寓產生了嚴重的恐懼感！服務根本就沒有！聯繫前台也愛理不理的！不夠及時回覆！後來我們通過溝通取到了行李趕緊直接更換了酒店，可惡的是我們預訂的幾晚的房間還不給退！最讓我氣憤的是，公寓説不給退的理由是我們預訂的幾晚我們就算不入住也會一直空着，第三天我試着不行的話回去住算了，但是當我打開我預訂的房間的門後，看到的是一個外國人住在裏面，公寓將房間又賣給了其他人！無語至極！目前攜程還沒有給我一個滿意的解決問題方案，最糟糕的一次酒店入住體驗！這種商户你們不審核的嗎？你們都聯繫不上酒店為什麼還把公寓放在你們的平台上？為什麼因為酒店的原因導致沒有入住也不給退？而且把房間還賣給其他人入住？我一整天的計劃都打亂了，時間浪費了，這個損失你們有表示嗎？既然你們沒有起到審核把關不是我們的原因導致的房差你們就應該要承擔！沒有理由！希望大家擦亮雙眼！不知道這個評論會不會和諧！希望能幫助大家減少損失，這家公寓堅決不推薦！
