The hotel is under renovation but will not disturb the stay too much. After finish I believe will be very nice. The cleanliness of course difficult to keep on high level under maintenance. The staff is very friendly and I definitely consider this hotel again when I travel to Vietnam again. The roof top bar with pool is very relaxing.

So I initially booked double room and it was marketed on Trip as “River view”. It actually isn’t a river view so I had to upgrade my room and pay extra. However, I loved the service from the staff, always helpful, always smiling, very friendly. The hotel breakfast was also really nice. One thing though, it would be nice if the hotel guests also had the option of accessing pressing iron for free instead of only having to pay for the ironing service. The rooftop pool was also really clean and had nice views 😍

The service and facilitate are very excellent. All the staff here are warm-hearted. Highly recommended!

Friendly staff, wasn't able to check into the room until 2. The bar on the rooftop, along with the view was amazing. Nice hot water in the shower. Good breakfast on the morning, great selection.

Little swimming pool on rooftop is nice, along with its bar; the staff are nice; breakfast is ok to start the day (there’s only a few entrées) but not a luxurious one. Soundproof needs improvement as I could hear people chat in other rooms. It would be better if there’s air conditioning in each floors corridor. I noticed many hotels in HCM city including this one have a big staircase in the front door (maybe it’s common architecture practice there), makes it look more grand but inconvenient for the disabled, and the elderly too as usually there’s no handrail on the staircase.

Location is only one block behind main area so convenience is there. Room is classy and clean, I liked it rather than modern style hotel. I stayed in holiday season so service itself was not the best but great cost-performance.

The hotel is in a very good location, and it is well-maintained. It is a little bit older style and the front desk people are efficient but not entirely warm or friendly. Good for one night only I think.

Good location, value for money.

Quality breakfast. Croissant was excellent. Wish there were more sugar free alternatives especially yogurt etc.
