This is a hotel in an old building. If you like nostalgia, this is the best one. Front desk service is average. But be careful when going to the bathroom and the toilet water may not flow smoothly! What I like most is the breakfast. The restaurant is on the rooftop, where you can dine outdoors. The food is plentiful, so the price is good value for money. However, it is recommended to dine between 7 and 8 am, when the weather is best and the food has just been replenished. In general, more than 300 yuan for an ordinary room without a balcony including breakfast should not be too demanding.

First of all, this hotel is a painting hotel, and there are paintings here and there, so it's a great hotel for people who really like paintings. The breakfast venue is on the 7th floor, a terrace-like space with a great view, and the food is delicious, with lots of fruit, homemade pudding, and yogurt. The location was great, and I was surprised that most of the customers were Westerners.

Breakfast on the rooftop was a pleasant experience every day. There were many dishes and they were delicious. I think the selling point here is the breakfast. Although it is an old building, it has a certain taste. I stayed here 5 years ago, and the room had been renovated. The rooftop pool is like a decoration, but there's no one there, so it's quite relaxing. It's a pity that the delicious and cheap coffee shop across the street was undergoing renovation work so I couldn't use it. There is no longer a bus that goes directly to Dong Khoi Street, but there is a bus that passes through Takashimaya, so you can walk from that bus stop to the hotel. As of 2023, it costs 5,000 dong (30 yen) by bus. Bus number 109 requires a suitcase fee for two people, so it's a bit of a hassle (though it's a hefty amount).

This was my second time using the hotel, and this time it was a large room, but unfortunately it was in the middle and didn't have a window. Breakfast was on the rooftop and it was a nice and refreshing environment.

The price is reasonable, there is a rooftop swimming pool, it is located in the busy area of ​​the city center (District 1), and it takes 2 minutes to walk to the walking area square. There are various restaurants and attractions nearby.

The hotel changed one immediately, the service attitude is very good👍 It is recommended to use good materials without formaldehyde for decoration, such as Three Trees, you can live right away😁

A tropical Saturday night with a lot of people. Great location with everything within walking distance. The building is old, and the staircase was built before the 1980s. Looking down on the street from the veranda is also interesting, it feels like looking down from the 4th floor. The wind is blowing and it looks like a colonial architectural style. As usual in the neighborhood, there is a veranda; a valuable heritage with trees! ! ! What would it be like if something like this existed in Omotesando? ＊＊＊ When I woke up, it was still before 4:00 (5:30 in Tokyo). When I wake up nervous, it's the same as at home.
