Exceptional service - staff are always attentive to our needs and very helpful. Make great recommendations for sightseeing, transport, food etc. Room has an excellent view of the city and even from the bathtub! Bath salt is also provided. Good location and walking distance to many places but we took Grab most of the time as the rides are inexpensive and the drivers always reach within 5 mins. I will not hesitate to stay at Pullman if I am in HCMC.

In general it is a very good hotel. I am appreciating in particular the attention to the customer. Room quite spacious with all amenities, including espresso coffee machine. Excellent Breakfast with a large choice of food. Lounge at 23 floor as a lot of choice of food and drinks at happy hour. Very good also the swimming pool. Negative aspects in my opinion are only the gym, which could be bigger and more equipped and the SPA, that I found too expensive compared similar services in HCM.

Beautiful hotel with plush furnishings. Hotel rooms were super nice and very comfortable beds. Location couldn't be better - it was walking distance to everything we wanted to do or a short ride over for anything further out. Food at the restaurant was great too. Honestly wish we could have stayed longer. The best part of our stay were the staff. They were the nicest, most hospitable and friendly people that went above and beyond to welcome us and make sure we were having a great time. We regretted not hugging every single person that went out of their way to look after us (it was all of them). We'll be back!

Its really ridiculous as staff told registered on system so should be the same person .. We feel like as robbery in day time .. This is also last time we booked this hotel ..The way 2 guys front dest talk aslo unfriendly when we keep asking and he told us *** pls let me talk first the u talk ok**** hello we came here to stay and pay not come for free.. Pls dont treat us as beggar .. its standard of 3 stars hotel

Totally love this hotel, for the priced I was offered the smallest room at the highest level, 7.. however as someone with a large, heavy luggage, there were some flight of stairs that i had to take to access to the next building, so I had to carry my heavy suitcase on my own.. Room is very much 95% soundproof which helps a great deal!

There are many restaurants and supermarkets around the hotel very convenient, and there are also many massage shops. The service is very good, the young lady at the front desk is very beautiful, fresh and refined. Breakfast is both Chinese and Western, which is quite good. Take a taxi from the airport to around 135K. You can take a bus to Fanwu Lao Street, but it's very slow. The hotel is not far from the main attractions, just walking.

Stayed in the Aqua 4 Bed Mixed Dorm. Super convenient location right on Bui Vien (although no noise in room), close to 109 bus to airport. Beds were comfortable although slightly dirty with curtains for privacy. Good Air Con in room. Not much social atmosphere if you are looking for that. You get a huge locker right outside the room and a decent sized cabinet in the dorm bed for a smaller bag etc. Really good clean toilet and shower facilities, never had to wait. The only common area to chill is the rooftop where they serve free breakfast but I think it’s empty most of the day. There is a bar at the front with good happy hour specials but otherwise overpriced. It is usually pretty empty. They also move you on if you just want to sit out the front and people watch unless you keep ordering drinks. Apparently it doesn’t matter if you are a paying guest at the property..

In short: - Dirty room/bathroom - Rude and arrogant staff - We can not recommend We booked our stay at Green Star Hotel via booking.com for four nights. We arrived early and were told our room wasn’t ready but they would like to upgrade us to a larger room which was ready - free of charge. This was of course very nice and we said yes. When we got to the room it looked nothing like what we had seen in the photos. There were brown stains on the walls and it was very dark and outdated. We went back down to reception and asked to be moved to the room we had initially booked. This was arranged and we went for a stroll in the city as the room still wasn’t ready. When we came back our room was ready and we checked in. This is when we came to a room that was not cleaned at all. There were black hairs on the bed (not ours), the rubbish bin hadn’t been emptied, and there was hair all over the floor and in the bathroom. We asked for the room to be cleaned thoroughly once more and the sheets to be changed. A nice lady came up to see what our complaints were and we explained. All was well. We went out once again to experience the city and came back quite late (around 11pm). Upon entering we saw that nothing had been done about the issue. The bin was still full, hair everywhere (even under the bed sheets) and it was disgusting to see that they had not cleaned it properly. We contacted the reception one more time and were told they had cleaned and changed the sheets. We asked them to clean once again as they obviously did not do well enough in the first try. This was refused and the man suggested that it was our own hair (both of us have light brown hair). We had to insist several times on new bed sheets and and in the end change them ourselves as management refused. We also had a person sweep the floor very lazily and insufficiently. We were very upset and did not wish to stay there anymore. The reception informed us that if we wanted a full refund we should tell them immediately and they would arrange that in the morning. Next morning they refused to refund the entire amount and would only refund the three remaining nights even though we were promised a full refund - which was the only reason we had accepted. The management lied to us and said they had never said such a thing. We asked to speak to a supervisor but that wasn’t possible. We even had to argue in order to get the credit card fee refunded. All in all not a pleasant stay. We don’t expect luxury just common decency and cleanliness. The least you can do is to be honest and behave yourselves when dealing with guests. We can not recommend anyone to book with Green Star Hotel.

It is located in a alley just near the bar street, but noise from it is not very heard and does not prevent sleep. A great place for a short stay.
