Totally love this hotel, for the priced I was offered the smallest room at the highest level, 7.. however as someone with a large, heavy luggage, there were some flight of stairs that i had to take to access to the next building, so I had to carry my heavy suitcase on my own.. Room is very much 95% soundproof which helps a great deal!

My wife and I booked a Superior double room incl bfast here for 6 nights in February. We requested a transfer (for approx £12) by emailing the hotel and were met at Tan Son Nhat International airport as arranged. This proved to be a good move as the hotel was further from the airport that we had expected and the traffic was awful. Check-in was quick and easy and we were given a room at the back of the hotel on a higher (10th) floor as requested. Our room was quiet and spacious with a large comfortable bed. There was a wardrobe (but no drawers), a fridge (no free drinking water!), kettle (cups, but no supplies), TV (some English channels), table and 2 chairs and complimentary flip-flops. There was no room safe but valuables could be kept at reception free of charge. The aircon, hairdryer and Wifi worked well. The bathroom had a shower/bath combo with good pressure and plenty of hot water. 2 bath towels, 2 hand towels, a bathmat, 2 small soaps, 2 sachets shampoo, 2 toothbrushes and a comb were provided. The cleaner came daily but did not clean the floors or bath and on one occasion left no towels or toiletries. However these were quickly obtained from reception. The breakfast area was on the ground floor. The breakfast buffet selection was small but adequate. You were offered a choice of eggs (fried, scrambled, omelette) cooked to order. The buffet itself consisted of 3 hot asian dishes, bread/toast, cakes (2 types), fresh fruit (usually watermelon), juice, (not replaced once finished), tea and coffee. Milk was kept behind the counter and you had to ask for it every time you wanted a splash in your tea or coffee. There were 2 convenience stores close by (the Vinmart minimart across the street was cheaper than the CircleK) and there was a large Co-op supermarket at the end of the street (about 10 mins walk away). My wife and I thought this hotel was very good value for money. It was in an excellent location and staff were friendly and helpful. We had an enjoyable stay and would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel or staying here again if we are in the area. This review is based solely on my experience and I hope you have found it helpful.

Very clean and staff tries to help you anyway they can. The hotel is broken down into three sections , not a rectangular shape hotel, an older hotel, that his head built on additions overtime Breakfast is average and rooms tend to be quite small. What you’re paying for is the location, the inclusive breakfast and the friendliness of the staff. Prices have gone up in Ho Chi Minh City across-the-board over the past 12 months, so it’s difficult to find true bargains anymore.

I am a repeat stayer from Singapore in this hotel. Saigonciti hotel is in a very location district 1. In this trip, I notice that the breakfast menu have improved alot. Service and staff have also improved. Value for money to stay in this 3 star hotel. Strongly recommended.

I only stayed one night but it was great! From the front desk, the attitude is very good! During the day check out the service staff is very friendly.. will also help find Grab, next time I will stay longer

Was recommended Intercon and it did not disappoint. Enjoyable stay for a girls' weekend and birthday trip. The hotel's location is the best- right across the Book Street, Notre Dame Cathedral and Post Office and a short walk to a street full of lovely cafes and restaurants and a slightly longer walk to the City Hall and Opera House. We were given a room on the 15th floor with a great view. Beds were very comfortable. Service was friendly and prompt. We will return!

Great service, lovely staff and the food in the restaurant was to die for! We chose traditional Vietnamese food, buy we could have had international or Japanese food as well. The waiter remembered us the next day and recommended dishes to us.

Very satisfied, very cost-effective. Clean every day and replace toothbrushes, towels and bath towels. The location is great, with restaurants, convenience stores, and foot massages all downstairs. It only takes 3 minutes to walk to the famous Bar Street, and you can go to many places within a 15-minute walk. The store clerks and security guards at the door are all very polite. Every time I go back, they stand up and say hello to me. The price also includes breakfast. Although the breakfast is not very rich, it only consists of fried noodles and fried eggs. Two days ago, I had to go to another nearby branch to have breakfast. Maybe it was because the occupancy rate of our branch was not too high. Although it is a buffet breakfast, it is not suitable for me. When I first arrived in Ho Chi Minh City, I went to the wrong hotel. Later I discovered that A25 is a hotel chain with many branches throughout Ho Chi Minh City. I will definitely come back soon. I chose this room as it was the cheapest. The big bed was very comfortable. Although there was no window, there was a small window in the bathroom and a small transom in the room. Anyway, it’s almost the same for me if I turn on the air conditioner.

A very nice hotel in a superb location, right next to the market and night market and with in easy walking distance for shopping, restaurants and sightseeing. Hotel breakfast was very good and the lobby was also shared with a fantastic Vietnamese restaurant which served excellent food at a very good price.

The hotel is newly renovated, everything is stylish and beautiful👍👍👍 Excellent location next to the most party street, but it wouldn’t hurt to put up signs, because... hard to find
