I stayed here 23 years ago a year or so after they opened. I was expecting perfectly clean and quiet rooms, great service, excellent meals, and a great vibe of years gone by. Well I am pleased to say nothing has changed and the Woolstore still has all of those. This time stayed 4 nights for work, enjoying a great buffet breakfast each morning, free parking, a mini bar, and a well appointed room. Only a 5 min walk to the centre of town or down to the wharf for your hit of seafood. Also great value at $177 a night, with options of larger apartments for families.
