酒店衞生標準高，入住完全沒異味，小茶室設計很雅緻，慕思床墊很舒服，設施設備很新很現代化，小愛音箱智能化管理，有機器人送外賣，提供免費洗衣服，還有小童牙膏牙刷，早餐品類豐富好吃，餐廳環境不錯。
酒店工作人員服務態度非常好，從到店開車門搬行李到離店送行李，還能幫你按約定時間把洗好烘乾的衣服送回房間，客房清潔和平時的服務都很及時到位。
但是也出現Bug了：酒店插座面板太新，帶的電器老式插頭插不進去，還有就是智能花灑噴頭控温不穩定，浴室地板太滑且沒有配備浴室拖鞋，沒有什麼掛鈎置物架之類的地方放置浴巾，給孩子洗澡很不便利…
總體入住體驗🉑，工作人員也很積極問了我們意見反饋表示會加以改進，也給大家送了伴手禮。
