房間寬敞明亮，舒適整浩，視野開闊。
衹可惜衣櫃是舊的，房間小茶桌子是舊的，斑點多多，劃痕無數，窗户框架留有裝修遺留的灰斑，有礙觀瞻。更無語的是衞生間門扭曲變形，根本關不上。告知前台派樓層服務員員上來查看也關不上。根本不象平台上説的新開業酒店。
最後不得不要求換房。
換房後，15層樓層服務員質問我們怎麼進的房間，什麼時候進的，態度十分不友善。我們無奈回覆前台同意換房讓我們進的。
今次入住體驗十分不好。

The overall environment of the hotel is very good. There was a lot of luggage on the day of check-in. The lobby staff was very enthusiastic. They took the initiative to push the luggage cart to help with the luggage. The room was spacious and the mattress was very comfortable. The toiletries were quite complete.
