酒店位置就在萬達旁邊，非常方便。就是個別工作人員態度不好，住在21行政房，傢俱等有點陳舊。

酒店位置很好，東站下車十幾分鍾就到了，旁邊就是萬達廣場，吃飯購物都很方便。酒店工作人員都很熱情，服務態度很好，退房的時候還送了小朋友小禮物，很貼心。下次去呼市還會選擇富力萬達文華。

房間住的很滿意，設施設備齊全，衞生打掃的很乾凈，前台服務很好，主動升級了房間，房間多送了浴鹽，還多送了礦泉水，落地窗，採光好，床品很舒適，房間裝修很好，衞生間很大，乾濕分離，房間寬敞明亮，接待服務熱情，挺不錯的。
