Sheraton Hohhot Hotel

住的非常滿意，前台Emily 趙佳娟 grace服務非常好

This is the most arrogant hotel under the Marriott system that I have ever encountered. There were only three guests in line and two front desks. They couldn't check in after waiting for five minutes. The front desk would rather play with their phones than handle the procedures. After checking in, I called the front desk three or four times in a row but no one answered. I asked for four bottles of water and the waiter just took a plastic package and threw it to you without even saying hello. I am really impressed. I will not stay at this hotel if I can.

The hotel is very close to the train station, with free parking, good hygiene, attentive and enthusiastic service, and complete facilities. The only problem is that the water output of the shower is a bit small, but overall it is good.

總體過得去，性價比不高

感謝前台接待Allen，非常熱情，讓人感覺很舒服。整體感覺挺好的，設施施備也挺齊全，衞生環境也不錯。

訂的晚餐自助加房間，整體感覺不錯，自助餐廳的服務人員很熱情，期待下次入住。
