住宿體驗一言難盡，本來帶爸媽旅遊想住得乾淨舒適點，喆啡出差經常住，但這家讓人不再抱有期待，以下是需要改進的點，希望改善，提升客人的住宿體驗。
1.預訂的家庭房，一進門衞生間下水道返味嚴重，且換氣系統損壞，不能正常使用；
2.衞生間僅有一個插座孔，很鬆動，吹風機插上不能正常通電使用，需要用手扶着插頭才能使用；
3.房間的電話是壞的，聯繫前台很不方便；
4.針對以上問題，先後聯繫前台3次希望解決，但是過了一天都沒解決，最後又打電話才過來一個樓層負責人，沒解決實際問題，放了一瓶空氣清新劑作為解決方案；
5.停車真的bug，正常住酒店都會提供免費停車，但是該酒店每天僅提供限額停車費的停車時長，退房當天告知要交當天停車費28元，體驗感極差；
6.平台預訂説提供兩杯美式，從入住到退宿，毛也沒見到。
很少差評，大家可客觀選擇。

非常好👍 地理位置優越，下高鐵直接步行到酒店，離內蒙古博物院非常近，也是步行過去。旁邊有很多美食，方便！最貼心的是早上前台小姐妹給我打了冰美式，這大熱天來一口！爽！
