體驗一般，還被莫名其妙因為酒店工作人員的失誤，坑了一瓶水錢，優點是離博物館和東站近，五一價格還行

房間硬件也就這樣，但是入住時衞生這樣就説不過了吧，還有小童早餐標準不統一，入住時前台説1.4以上才收費，孩子脱鞋將近1.4餐廳要收成人價，我拒絕了，收了半價，入住時給我安排了陰面，換房時前台穿黑衣服的態度也不好，也可能是她們當地人就是大聲説話吧，換了陽面的房，夜晚還是很漂亮的。

呼和浩特青城蓮花酒店非常差，帶浴缸的房間貴但是服務設施都跟不上。最終我住的房間門縫還有一釐米寬漏光。入住三個多小時了，凌晨4點我還在這裏來回換房，浴缸的水和尿一個顏色，9樓換到10樓換了房門是壞的，10樓換8樓浴缸出的水更黃了。酒店沒有機器人要客人自己下樓拿外賣，每層樓必須當層房卡才能刷電梯，服務員給我10樓的房卡換走9樓的房卡就跑了，導致我在9樓無法刷電梯，叫來服務員雙手插兜站電梯裏看着我大包小包行李箱往前推，硬是不知道搭把手！門壞的就讓客人乾等着修，4點鐘了我還沒辦法休息前台還説幫我申請兩點退房。設施服務要啥啥不行的怎麼敢收這麼高價的？我半夜三更來陪你們搞維修的？你不修完我不休唄？老夫從未住過如此鬧心的酒店。

房間不錯，這價格在呼和浩特也算前三了，服務卻跟不上，服務員連個微笑都沒有，有需求找他們也是不耐煩。有點失望，枕頭不太舒服。

強烈推薦，距離科技館步行10分鐘以內，科技館對面就是美術館值得一去，距離博物館步行15鍾以內！距離萬達，摩爾商城，奧萊小鎮開車10分鐘以內！酒店環境不錯，乾淨整潔，服務熱情，早餐豐盛！特別適合帶着孩子去！
