預訂完成電腦系統電話打了一個，因為晚點辦理入住，期間不停的電話確認，總共打了6次，每次我都講確認到達。進去房間後發現沙發的空水瓶，挺晚的瞭然後就睡了，第二天醒來要喝水發現放得免費水有一瓶是開封過
